Wonderful stay! The hotel has a true quiet luxury vibe with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was fantastic, and the location is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.
The lobby is a bit small, but it does not take away from the overall high-quality and relaxing experience.

the room was great, big suite with a view of central park.
we got a third floor -- which meant that we were able to walk up and it was very shabbat-friendly
it was pricey, didn't have much of a lobby.
the workout facilities were adequate and the pool was ok.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, spa, workout facility, and how polite everyone was!
It seemed like for the price of the hotel room, it could’ve been a little nicer. Bathroom vanity had been wet before and had swelling on it, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower only had a half door on it which allowed water to splash out on the floor. Tub had stains in it.

The staff were very un “Attentive” lack of helping out when I come in from shopping feeling not pampered and they grin a lot but between each other it’s all laughs but not with customers.

Over sensitive Fire Alarm - they provide a kitchen in the suites but unfortunately should you cook anything (I mean anything at all) the alarm will sound!
