The hotel is excellent and in a wonderful location. We had a spacious room with a kitchen, which was very convenient. Central Park is right across the street.
The service was great — everything was very clean, and we truly felt taken care of.
Before our arrival, the hotel asked what kind of view I would prefer and whether we needed anything to be purchased for us. I requested the best possible view and a few breakfast items (fruits, eggs).
However, upon arrival the fridge was empty, and I wouldn’t describe the view as the best. It makes me wonder why they asked in the first place.

The location was extremely adorable and the room has a magnificent view to the central park. Also the room space was really spacious and nice.
The room need to be refreshed, the walls were not clean and need painting to give the quality matching the paid amount. Lobby was too small.

We’ve been coming back to this hotel every few months, ( with family or without) and it really feels like a place we can rely on.
The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is ideal, and everything is always very clean and well kept.
It’s always an easy, comfortable stay, and we’re happy to keep coming back.
Some of the appliances are old and need to be replaced, like the fridge in kitchennet in the room.
