Location, gym and SPA, spacious rooms, but more than anything else, the staff! Great service given by people that seem to love and appreciate their place of work. That says it all. I have had business oriented stays and personal, for both it was a great option. Another important factor, is the flexibility of the management to accommodate requests due to changes in travel plans, very significant when traveling for business.

Staff were great. Upgraded my room as it was our anniversary. Sent up a congratulations card and a bottle also. Views of central park were fantastic and the location is amazing I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! The hotel has a true quiet luxury vibe with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was fantastic, and the location is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.
The lobby is a bit small, but it does not take away from the overall high-quality and relaxing experience.
