The only thing I could say is that from my room I heard a lot when there were people in the hallway talking or they came in and they closed a door and it's something annoying

Quite close to times square but also lotsa food and drink within a few minutes. All staff gracious and hospitable. Low key breakfast offerings...great ho-made cookies at desk, late afternoon. front desk super helpful with my late arrival.

Super nice hotel, very centric to the main attractions and the subway and bus stations were right around the corner. Friendly staff. They were very attentive to our needs and kept our room tidy and clean each day. They even gave us some tips to get around the city. The breakfast was really delicious. There were many options to choose from and they varied some food here and there. Thank you for the stay.
The elevator was indeed a bit slow, but it wasn't that bad. We didn't have to wait long (maybe because we went on Winter and it wasn't too crowded). The only downside for us was the breakfast area. There weren't many tables to sit, but again, it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

My family had four rooms all of which were fabulous- but the real plus of the hotel is the excellent staff. We were traveling with children, and people with disabilities, and they made every accommodation, kindness.and extra that made all the difference

Bed was great, breakfast was surprisingly good, location was awesome
That elevator is ridiculously slow. I felt so bad for the crew because without a service elevator they are stuck sharing that slow cab with us. Guests were irritable about waiting, even more so when it finally arrived and was full of cleaning staff with their carts.
Hopefully it gets fixed for the next guests but we also told the front desk about the sliding door that kept coming off the track and locking us in the bathroom.

I had a room with an outside courthouse, which had a little small outside courthouse for me to sit, which was great. It just would’ve helped if it had an umbrella over the table for shade.

The location and the employees ,they had warm baked chocolate cookies they were attentive to all our needs and if there was a problem they made sure to make it right.
The mattresses were hard and the elevator stopped on every floor .

they were amazing. we had an issue with it bei m g the wrong date and not only did he help by looking up different hotels, he was able to get us our rm where we wanted and that was at your hotel. he went over above and beyond what he had to. the rm was a bit small but so adorable and clean and for a last min thing, it was well worth it. the breakfast was amazing. we will dlefinitely go to your hotel as long as there is a rm anytime we go to NYC

We loved where it was located- so close to Times Square. The staff were so nice and helpful and the breakfast was great!
