Staff were great, excellent location, very clean, great bed, great bathroom/ hot shower with nice products. Having the tiny kitchen and huge balcony made it feel like a micro apartment. Best free breakfast I’ve encountered in NYC. Very quiet, no noise from the street on courtyard side, room 209. Excellent stay, unheard of value for the money !
Not one thing, really! Zero complaints!
Was a bit worried about the shared balcony, but we never saw anyone, and there was a privacy divider that kept it 3/4 separate, plus it was only accessible from one other room, not the entire floor.
There weren’t 700 tv channels but who cares? No one should be watching tv in Manhattan!

The location was perfect, near everything specially the metro
I think the breakfast could improve a little bit and the elevator could be a little faster
