Good selection at breakfast, needs another toaster.

Lift access very slow, majority of guests use stairs, so lots of stair door banging.

Super nice and welcoming staff, convenient location. Relatively quiet and clean outside considering the location where you turn the corner it’s already the busiest street
AC is not functioning and portable units are temporarily installed in the rooms. They work well temperature wise but really noisy and gave me headaches…

Loved the kitchenette in the room, which is partly the reason we chose this accommodation. Also that breakfast was included with the rate (basic options and quality, but grateful). Room had great air con levels good for the summer heat and bed was super comfy. Location is close to subways, restaurants and shops - short walk away from the main Times Square. Bathroom walls weren't as clean as I would of expected on arrival, but wasn't too bad hence why I didn't make a fuss about it as everything else seemed fine. Also went to use a coffee mug which had coffee stains (most likely previous user) so had to re-wash stuff before I used it just incase. Otherwise room and hotel was expected, so thank you.

Perfect location and friendly reception staff - an exceptional night manager who couldn’t do enough- thank you
Room was tired - carpet a little grubby and cleaning not the best - slowest lift in the world which was a little tiresome and buffet self serve breakfast was chaotic with staff virtually mute and unhelpful - had to constantly ask for things to be replenished so not good.

Location is great. Front desk was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. Times Square, metro, & Plays/Broadway are all close. The room was clean and bathroom looked good/not outdated.
Pillows are too soft - no variety. A/C doesn't get very cold. NY rooms are notoriously small - no real place for suitcases. Breakfast did have a few hot options - they were OK - limited tables. Bathroom sink faucet too recessed. Door hangers don't stay on
