Westin is always a hotel I can trust and choose with confidence. As always, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The bell staff who helped us unload our luggage upon arrival and load it into our car when we left were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they were the friendliest and most attentive staff we encountered during our stay. Their warm and thoughtful service made a wonderful impression on us and made us feel especially welcomed.
We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and look forward to staying at Westin again.

Our room 1102 had a sort of “permanent urine smell in or around the toilet bowl. I recommend housekeeping SOAK with bleach around the bowl within toilet seat to get rid of the foul smell

BE AWARE! If you book through here, after they will double charge you at the hotel, and believe me it will be a headache to get your money back!!! After sending multiple emails to the property I’m still waiting for a total refund!
Worse experience ever and so frustrating!

Close to subway, cleanliness of the room, bed was very comfortable. Great views of the City from the room.
The Elevators ran a little slow. The guy in the cafe on Saturday afternoon had a bad attitude and didn’t make me feel welcome. The drinks and food were overpriced in the cafe. No shuttle services to the airport. My name didn’t appear on the TV to welcome me as most Marriott Hotels display after check in.

Convenient location with exceptional staff.
I was charged the full amount of my stay on my card plus the cost of my dinning even though I paid separately. Also, I was told I had a credit for the dinning which was never applied, so I paid $35 plus take and tip for a cup of coffee and bacon.

Went for the more spacious King with 3 adults totally worth every square inch; didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Bedding and essential oils were a nice touch.
Great view of the Chrysler building
You couldn't open the bathroom door all the way otherwise it was hitting the toilet which was frustrating!
Wish there was an extra set of sheets readily available for the pull out, annoying to have to call and get sheets when you thought you could just get back and go to bed.

Easier access to a water bottle refill station. The manager brought us a bottle of water and there were occasionally bottled water in the lobby to grab which was wonderful!
