Hotel was ok for a few days. It’s a little dated and dark. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but the location of the breakfast room made me feel like I was sitting in the reception.
I would recommend this hotel, it has everything you need. It just needs updating

Friendly staff, cute European-style hotel eith waffles and delicious pastries for breakfast! Location was great for Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, Chinatown etc.

Location, room size and quality - overall surprising gem in the financial district.
Free breakfast was poor - add fruit and allow people to bring food to their room, it is common practice these days.

It’s so quiet. The house keepers are EXCELLENT!! Nice breakfast. Lobby is very welcoming.

Overall the room had everything you needed as a tourist. Somewhere comfy to sleep, good toiletries and all very clean. Breakfast was basic as others have suggested but overall good.
The outside noise on a Saturday night from the room I was in was so loud. I was awoken by others in the hotel throughout the night and people were shouting in the streets between 2-4am which could be heard through ear plugs.

Couldn’t find a good channel on the Tv called the front desk and the young lady that was there didn’t know any from any questions I asked her plus she double charged me on two different credit cards when I asked her I wanted to change the card I had on file, which I didn’t want to be charged in but she still charged me on that card and another card I give her which was the one I wanted the hotel to charge the bill to.

Heritage building and clean, like the furnitures
I stayed here many times, some of the bathtub didn’t drain the water well, not really big issue….. but need to be fixed if possible, since this property is vintage.
