The location was excellent, and our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but I was hoping for some hot food. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

The location was great for my needs
The toilet in the room (506) was too close to the wall and the toilet paper dispenser was in the way of sitting down. Making it uncomfortable.

The decorative charm. The area it was in.
The bathroom had no counter space.
The breakfast didn't have eggs and sausage or bacon only a toaster and waffle iron.

Super cute
Asked for thermostat to be fixed as I was boiling. No one came. Huge hair clog in the shower left for me to deal with, literally the cleaning staff pulled the plug out and left it in the tub with a massive hair clump attached.
