If you want to be near Times Square, this is it! Also staff was really welcoming and helpful. Bed was SUPER comfortable.
Hotel (while still stylish) is a little banged up and in need of some refurbishing (leather on headboard scratched off in places, sink chipped etc..). Nothing tragic. But a little shabby.

This is the second time I've stayed at Time Hotel. Location is very central, beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly, and the bonus wine and cheese is a winner. I took my niece to New York to celebrate her 18th birthday – her room was massive, she was very happy. My (bill-payer!) room was quite small, and there is next to no natural light, so if I stayed in future, I would definitely ask to be moved as I did struggle with that.
All-in-all, it's a solid choice for a very expensive city.
Natural light in my room, it wasn't even worth opening the blind.
The cleaners did remove the special Harry Potter and other paper bags that my niece had been keeping (well away from the bin!) That was a bit of a shame.

The location was great. There was no breakfast included but the restaurant in hotel had breakfast.
My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly.
There was no coffee or te machine in room but booking said there was, had to ask for it and then did not get coffee, and no te kettle.
Miss having a good breakfast included in the hotel.

We love that they had an accord with the garage across from their hotel.
Just more of a briefing of the discounts offered for the restaurants. We didn't know until we scan something in our room.

A wonderful team. Unusual but interesting interior design . Very friendly. Right in heart if busy Manhattan but peaceful room.very goid restsurant on ground floor independent of hotel but used by guests. Wonderful showers . Thanks to brilliant concierge Eric.
First room not good but once shifted excellent. Think you need to check exactly what yiu have booked.

Staff and happy hour was very lively and fun. Staff very friendly fly and helpful. Great location. Could go around corner to Krispy Kreme in morning for coffee and donuts. Right across from Chicago.
We were on 4th floor and there was a pot hole that cars kept running over at night that made a loud noise. Always bring ear plugs.
