Location, staff, comfy bed.
No coffee pot in room. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to buy coffee.
Requested a coffee pot three times. Never received but did get a fridge. Had no bath towels. Requested twice; meantime my friend gave me one of hers.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly. The proximity to the theaters is great with Times Square right nearby as well as good restaurants.

I liked the location, and the reception staff and bellman were helpful and cooperation.
I have to raise serious concerns regarding the housekeeping and service standards during my stay.
The room cleaning has been unsatisfactory. The bedcover is almost never properly arranged, and essential areas such as the carpet, desk, and side tables are not cleaned. I stayed for 10 nights, and instead of improvement, the dust in the room increased daily.
Additionally, the bed itself is unstable and shakes noticeably.
More concerning, and for the first time in my life, I witnessed a staff member entering the passenger elevator carrying a large transparent bag containing bathroom and room trash. When I raised this issue with the staff member, his response was simply: “Take it easy.” This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

We were warmly welcomed by Nilika who was cheerful, kind, helpful and she ensured that we were comfortable. Josh and the doorman deserve a special mention too as they helped us with our bags. . We were thrilled with the drinking water bottles that we could collect from the lobby. We enjoyed the wine and cheese hours too.
There was no space in the room and we felt cramped with our luggage. We missed the kettle too.
