Very Poor
Nothing, no amenities, over priced, small and they charged me 2 times. And still fighting with them. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone stay here. And they still have my deposit it's been a week now
You stole money from me

Location
Small rooms, barely any space to store luggage. Also the safe in the room was missing the door so we couldn’t use it.

The location is perfect. We walked to everything. I was a little worried when we walked in. You enter a small lobby area that is painted VERY dark which leads to a small hallway which is also painted very dark. No one greeted us the first time so we didn't know where to go. When we backtracked the doorman directed us to the elevator which took us to the second floor to check in. The rest of the hotel is very different. Very clean and feels elegant (the entrance area was very off-putting). The rooms were beautiful and clean. The TV's are IN the mirror at the foot of the bed. Odd but it works. The halls were very quiet and even though we were right in the middle of a very busy area we were never bothered by outside sounds. After our initial arrival the doormen were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.
The entrance is very dark. I was afraid the whole hotel would be a bit sketchy, but it was amazing!!

Wonderful
Efficient check in process and very clean hotel! Queen room was reasonably sized when comparing to other NYC hotels. Bed was super comfortable.

Disappointing
The location and the staff
Elevators too small and took forever. Room was too small. The bed frame and headboard was badly damaged. The lamp over the chair, the bulb was resting inside on the bottom of the lamp. The room was poorly lit. The tv is inside the mirror which is hard to operate unless you’re standing directly in front of it. The bathroom shower door does not come all the way down so the water leaks over onto the floor. There was no way to hook your belongings in the bathroom.

Good
Location
The room was far too small to be functional. There wasn’t enough space for two suitcases, creating constant tripping hazards. The bed also stuck out into the already tiny walkway, making the room feel cramped and unsafe. It also smelled like weed.

The customer service was top-tier! The receptionists were incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued—they acknowledged me immediately and made check-in seamless. I would absolutely stay here again. The complimentary wine and cheese happy hour was a wonderful touch and truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Very Good
Great location in the Times Square area. Room had a door that closes with a pull out sofa in the living room so that makes it nice if you have a kid(s) traveling with you, so it was like a suite.
There wasn't anything I remember that I didn't like. Maybe the mood and lighting are a little on the dark side, I prefer brighter spaces and places.

Very Good
Location was in the middle of everything and near all the shows. Only minutes from times square & Central Park. The room stayed cold all night & day as we were there in June and it was humid outside. The king size suite was just the right size, very clean & the king bed area was huge with a pull out bed in a separate area. 2 TVs a plus with one in the separate living area. Outside noise wasn't too bad. You could hear sirens but i still slept good. Just wish there was a microwave or I would've rated it excellent all around.
There wasn't a microwave. The refrigerator did not get cold. The staff at checkout weren't very friendly like the check in staff were when we arrived.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
A little noisy outside with sirens in the city. Earplugs were helpful.

Very Good
The location was good, easy to walk to most places and easy access to the subway and grand central. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was a little worn and tired, one side of the bed had a dip, likely from people sitting on the edge. It made the bed very noisy on that from the springs.

It was near everything, right in Times Square
Misleading- it says “double room” in the title but that does not mean 2 beds. It means, a bathroom and a bedroom.
They upgraded us to a queeen when we got there, which I thought they meant 2 queen beds. When I went to ask them what had happened, that I purchased 2 beds, they said I did not and admitted that it was misleading. Anyways, the receptionist put us in a king bed the next night, whichch did help, but if I wld have been traveling with my sons, we am not sure how we cld have handled that!
I was with my daughter though, so we made it work. The thing is, anywhere in NY you can find a double or queen room and it is a lot cheaper, then what they charge with you thinking that you are purchasing 2 beds! Double check your “double room” is my advice and print out your email.
