If you like time square you have plenty of places near you,
The elevator takes forever, it does not looks like a 4 stars, don’t be fooled.
No coffee machine or water boiler in the room, my room even didn’t have a safe, TV was old no Netflix no casting, just horrible TV cable
No room service, in short .. not what they advertise

Rooms were nice, clean. Staff was amazing. Was shocked when entering and they carried our bags to the room, explained how to use the DND/Doorbell system. Told us good places to eat and things to see. Loved it. Will definitely stay again.

If you want to be near Times Square, this is it! Also staff was really welcoming and helpful. Bed was SUPER comfortable.
Hotel (while still stylish) is a little banged up and in need of some refurbishing (leather on headboard scratched off in places, sink chipped etc..). Nothing tragic. But a little shabby.

Staff and happy hour was very lively and fun. Staff very friendly fly and helpful. Great location. Could go around corner to Krispy Kreme in morning for coffee and donuts. Right across from Chicago.
We were on 4th floor and there was a pot hole that cars kept running over at night that made a loud noise. Always bring ear plugs.

We had a very short trip to NYC and I’m so glad we chose to stay at The Time New York! The location is great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I want to call out in particular Emilio, Anthony and Tonya (or Tanya, not sure) for their assistance. The rooms aren’t huge but for NYC I think the room size is fine. The bed was very comfy. If we get back to NYC I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Time New York again!

TV control panel needed to be replaced it did not function properly. Staff lied about it. Also the design of TV images super imposed on a mirror didn't work image was kind of washed out and a bit annoying. Otherwise enjoyable

It was close to Broadway and the theater district.
The first room had a window air conditioner and was dirty. The room wasn’t stocked or ready for us. The housekeeping lady comes in room to clean whether you have the do not disturb on or not. The elevators are extremely slow and are tied up during the day from the housekeeping and maintenance. We ask for water and ice multiple times and never received it. The includes breakfast that we paid extra for was ridiculous. The option was OJ, yogurt and granola. My kid got sick so I asked if there was a microwave so I could heat up some soup I bought at cvs and of course they couldn’t accommodate. I requested a room change because of the construction workers on the roof outside our window eating their lunch watching us through the window. The workers started working with loud power tools directly outside our window at 7am. When we went to load the car at checkout the doorman took our stuff off the cart and sat it all on the ground and took the cart. I come to New York often and I will not be returning to The Time New York by Hyatt!

The location of the property was nice being close to the theater district.
The stay was pretty awful from arriving early and not being able to check in. The door man told us we had too much stuff to store while we wait for room. We sat in lobby from 1:30 to 3 waiting for room and at 3 I finally asked and the room still wasn’t ready. I purchased the breakfast option and it was a waste of money as they give u yogurt orange juice and granola. We had to switch rooms after first two nights because there was construction crew working on roof outside our room window. They sat and ate their lunch while watching us through the window and used loud power tools literally right outside the window starting at 7am. We requested ice and water multiple times and never received it. The door men refused to open door for me and I had to open the door to get them to move out of the way so I could exit. When we checked out the door man took all of our stuff off cart and sat it on the ground and left without helping or saying a word. I come to New York often and have to say this has been the worst experience ever.

We had the suite and this gives us ample room to move and have my kids with me in the same room. The hotel is few steps from Times square but still away from the hustle and bustle of the square. Josh was a very helpful staff and he has helped us with some suggestions he is very friendly.
When we check out they store the luggage for a fee

The location was great
Internet was horrible. Most of the time I had to end up using my own hotspot. The bathroom is horribly small and water splashes from the shower all over the floor.
