Nice staff, easy check in and out, location and convenient breakfast available for purchase in lobby.
Room was neat, comfortable and compact, no frills but very nice.
Room on check in did not have adequate heat. It took 2 checks on this before we were offered another room about 5 hours later. It worked out but front desk was resistant until maintenance person agreed. It was 4 degrees or so outside and adequate warmth was important. This was not too much to ask.

The location was great, and the staff was pleasant. There was a broken light switch in my room and the light was stuck on. I called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance worker right away. The room was surprisingly quiet given the location.
The room was well overdue for a deep cleaning. The carpet was heavily stained, and the walls looked grimy. The couch and other furniture looked so stained that I didn't want to touch them. The false headboard was made of a fabric that had been collecting oils from skin for a decade and it showed. The maintenance person jiggled the light switch until it turned the light off and said they would replace it the next day, but never came back. I checked out early and the staff did not ask any questions.

Our room was perfect. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Clean and spacious enough for 2. Hotel location is great! Didn't get breakfast but the restaurant looks lovely!

Never could get WiFi to work, room was VERY small, no where to sit in room, no view out the window at all, no coffee in room.

The room size
I checked in yesterday and didn't the vibe the guy gave me when I checked in. He just looked at me for a couple of seconds and nodded his head. There was no proper greeting. Today when I checked out the black bald headed guy was more friendly then yesterday's guest member. Also the door guy with glasses sparked up a friendly conversation with a white couple but as I left i never got a friendly goodbye greeting. The housekeeping lady this morning didn't announce herself and walked in while my lady friend was topless. Didn't even say sorry or nothing. She just shut the door

The location was great in the staff was friendly.
The elevators are incredibly tiny and claustrophobic. The bathroom was also unusually small for a room with two queens for four people. The gym was also very limited.

Pleasant
After we spent 1 night in a very small and dirty room, they moved us to a huge nice suite.
The suite was awesome, clean, large, nice balcony and very comfortable.
The first room was dirty in a way that we couldn't use the shower or walk barefoot.
The elevator is very small

My stay was mostly great, great restaurant, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, amazing housekeeping staff.
I was incredibly disappointed
that I wasn’t informed that there was no internet or TV available. It was not working the entire length of my stay.

Could not get my television to work, the bathroom was clean, but very cold, the shower head needs to be replaced the hose was squirted out more water than the shower head.
