No mini fridge. The bathroom was small, and we had a hard time adjusting the water temperature.

Location is great; staff was fantastic. The place was clean and comfortable. The shower was also great. I would call it a good value
More than real issues, some inconveniences:
- No microwave, but specially no fridge available
- the elevators are small and during our stay one was out of service (but we didn’t find it as a problem honestly)

The location is convenient for visiting midtown and manhattan in general.
The hotel is not worth the expensive nightly rate. It’s barely a 2 star: old furniture, narrow hallways and elevators, no breakfast (there isn’t even the facility for it), super small rooms, creaky floors, noisy pipes and old, noisy AC. The rate we paid was way too high for the facility.

Location is very good, close to subway and lots of shops. Little market in lobby was convenient for buying coffee in the morning.
The hotel is run down and dirty. Floors in the hallway and room looked filthy. Staff said they’re awaiting a renovation. Communication was terrible, calls and emails go unanswered. But worst of all, I was charged a $57 fee to my credit card the day after I checked out and was never notified about this or given a statement at check out explaining the charge. I called and left messages and emailed two times and no one answered. The same exact thing happened to my colleague who was staying there at the same time as me. Seems like a scam.

Location was great, easy access to most tourist places in the area by walking. The beds were clean and comfortable. People dealing with our luggage, as well as housekeepers, were all very nice and helpful.
The room was definitely below what we had expected. The floor was carpeted, and the carpet seemed very old, worn out and dirty. The bathroom fan was not working, and the windows in the room cannot be opened. So, have fun when it's 4 of you staying in the room and someone needs to poop. Also, no hook to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. Furniture in the room was very old, worn out, seemed somewhat dirty. There was only one working elevator (the other one is being repaired, but it will take months to our understanding), and it was small, so it took a while to get up and down.
