Disappointing
Good location in midtown and the prices drop when they aren’t booked fully. You get what you pay for, it’s not the nicest hotel but it’s acceptable, just dated.

Wonderful
Excellent compared to other hotels during previous stays. Really good location. Most comfortable bed i have ever experienced and really lovely Staff especially Tatiana and Abel at reception
Most enjoyable stay at Shoreham
The only issue for me was no tea making facility in my room
We had to go to the Lobby shop. The room had everything else. Excellent

Great location - close to Central Park, MoMA, Columbus Circle. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable! Very clean! Small but nice lobby with mini-Starbucks and small store. Gave us bottled water and upgraded our room due to availability. Very comfortable! Lovely staff, including cleaning!
Construction all night on building across the street - very loud! Very tiny bathroom but great shower. Super clean. No coffee maker. Couch was very low and worn.

The location was perfect for our Christmas visit to the city! The room was comfy and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful too! Would definitely stay here again for the staff and the location alone.
The room was a little small. But then again, it's New York so I wasn't expecting much else. There was a point were we got to our room and the key wasn't working. The front desk had to reset the key for some reason but other than that, we had no issues or complaints!

Exceptional
Location is everything is ten minutes or less walking. Central Park, MoMA, Radio City, Rockefeller Center, and many metro stations. For breakfast: dunkin donuts (two minutes from property), starbucks (7 minutes), Stage Star Deli (for great omeletts)

The location and the staff were super nice
The room I got was not what I saw on the booking. Very small, there was no view and the bathroom is very awkward. There is a mirror in the shower and i find that very creepy because you dont know if there could be another room behind it where people can see you.

Excellent location in Manhattan near Central Park. Check-in and check-out were completed easily. I didn't have many interactions with staff, but they were friendly when I did. Room and bathroom sizes were fine.
Room amenities were pretty basic. I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room for food leftovers. Mild cleanliness issues, but nothing too glaring.
