The location was fantastic! They offer luggage storage which is a big plus for me.
I froze my arse off. I reported the broken heat to the front desk staff and they said they would have it looked at. After I returned I inquired about the situation and they could offer me no information. The room was just as cold so I requested a blanket which helped some. I hope they get the problem resolved before the next person stays in that room.

Location was absolutely incredible. Staff was fantastic! The rooms are very very spacious!
There so no refrigerator, no microwave and No coffee pot. I found that very odd!

Disappointing
Good location in midtown and the prices drop when they aren’t booked fully. You get what you pay for, it’s not the nicest hotel but it’s acceptable, just dated.

Excellent compared to other hotels during previous stays. Really good location. Most comfortable bed i have ever experienced and really lovely Staff especially Tatiana and Abel at reception
Most enjoyable stay at Shoreham
The only issue for me was no tea making facility in my room
We had to go to the Lobby shop. The room had everything else. Excellent

Nothing major, a small issue is the hot water in the shower, it takes a while to warm up. Not a big issue though
