Had trouble sleeping, got woken up with the street noise. There is no safe in the room. The kiosk in the lobby is a rip off, way over priced.

Nothing. The location is the only saving of this hotel.
The location is the only saving grace of this hotel. The room was COMPLETELY different from the photos on Booking.com (where I booked), the Wi-Fi was very bad (we had to go to the Apple store next door to get decent internet. The hotel's internet requires logging in every day, and it's also unreliable). It was cold, and the heater simply wasn't working (I asked to change rooms and they refused). I saw a comment from someone on Google about the heater 3 months prior, and I thought: oh, they must have fixed it by now, right? But no. I would never stay at this hotel again. The room was different from what I was sold and from the photos.

Good location and a big room. Easy to leave bags before flights etc.
The room was a bit musky / smelly with no way to have fresh air. Generally the receptions re was also dark and dingy. Glad we were only staying one night.

The location was fantastic! They offer luggage storage which is a big plus for me.
I froze my arse off. I reported the broken heat to the front desk staff and they said they would have it looked at. After I returned I inquired about the situation and they could offer me no information. The room was just as cold so I requested a blanket which helped some. I hope they get the problem resolved before the next person stays in that room.
