Room was basic but OK, simple but relatively clean .
A Guys was working at night making to repair a "door " Impossible to sleep between 12 until 2 am ! His work didn t seem to be urgent I don t understand why the hotel allow this to be done night time. Also all door are very bad or no isolation and corridor is noisy.

The location is awesome if you are staying for a few days and need a place close to the Times Square, subway and all the good points to visit.
It is old, not very clean and some noise at night. But it didn’t matter much if you are staying away almost all day long.

Wasn’t able to use the hotels internet to stream any shows, despite advertising having fast high speed internet. The hotel wifi wouldn’t not work at all on the tv, despite saying it was connected. Needed to use my hotspot the entire time to connect the tv to internet to stream shows.

We stayed here for two nights in early January. One of the main advantages is the location. If you come to New York mainly to walk around the city and only return to the hotel to sleep, this is a good option. We didn’t have a view from the window, but on the plus side, there was no street noise. However, we could hear noisy neighbors very clearly — that’s really a matter of luck. The room was clean, although the furniture and carpet are quite old and look worn. We especially liked the shower with additional side spray jets.
As for complimentary amenities, there were only plastic cups — not even bottled water was provided.

didn't have breakfast, room very comfortable and clean. Location brilliant. reception a bitt grubby and charged 15 dollars to fill 2 hot water bottles, so bring your own kettle !
