Staff were very nice and pleasant.
The room wasn't that clean. The rugs were dirty. Not much room. The breakfast included was misleading. Furniture looked very worn. Just wasn't comfortable.

Location is the only advantage
After a 6-hour flight, we arrived at the hotel early in the morning exhausted and eager to check in. I had specifically booked an extra night in advance precisely to ensure our room would be ready upon arrival — yet no room was available. We were left waiting with a pile of suitcases on a tiny bench near the entrance. Not only was this physically uncomfortable, it was genuinely humiliating.
To make matters worse, the receptionist was visibly preoccupied with unrelated tasks and made no effort to acknowledge us or offer any assistance. Basic hospitality was entirely absent.
The room itself, when we finally got it, was a letdown. The furniture was old, worn, and uncomfortable; the carpets were faded and stained. The air conditioning was not functioning at all — which made the room barely livable.
Reaching the staff by phone proved impossible — calls simply went unanswered. When I went down in person to request a kettle or at least some hot water, I was told to go to the hotel’s cafeteria. There, I was charged $2 for a cup of hot water. I have traveled extensively across the United States and around the world, and I have never encountered anything like this at any hotel. It is, frankly, outrageous.

Location to theaters, 5th/6th Ave, shopping, Central Park, subway, large room for NYC hotel, nice size bathroom, A/C in room was great (weather was 100 degrees every day)
No phone in room-would have had to switch rooms the next day to get a room with a phone. Requested a fridge be delivered in the evening and it never came. Had to wait until the next afternoon to receive it. Half the time the water station in the lobby was empty when I needed to fill my water bottle - not great on these 100 degrees days. AC in the lobby on my last day seemed to be broken.

The location of the property was good.
Everything else. They didn’t clean our room every night we were there, despite leaving the sign up each day. Smells like weed. Didn’t have a cot so they charged us for an extra bed. Wouldn’t recommend
