I liked the possibility of checking in early, because the room was ready, the room is cleaned every day, only the coordinators check in the morning before leaving to see if the room is already free. You can leave your luggage after check-out, which is very nice. Good location of the hotel, close to central objects.

The location is great and staff were helpful, polite and professional. Nice view for the price.
The carpet in our room 917 was very dirty with stains, marks and burns. Curtains had brown splatter marks, bathroom door lock was broken so the door always swung open.

After arriving at GCT and getting a quick lunch, we went to the Shoreham to inquire about an early check-in. It was my birthday and I was in need of a rest and shower before a night on the town ;) The staff at the front desk was happy to accommodate my request and added a big birthday surprise! We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite, the room was spacious and we had our own personal veranda! It was fantastic and we were beyond grateful!

The woman at reception was very unfriendly. The rooms were located next to a machine that made a very loud and annoying noise 24/7. the window view was directly at that machine
