The place tired and in serious need of an upgrade. There was no hot water and I couldn’t even get my bill printed.

Check in and check out.
Staff was ok - couldn´t print a document as "they ran out of ink" - was the argument. And that was it. Not answering the front desk, so going down to ask for something, found 2 girls giggling, apologizing that they didn´t hear the phone.. Not very professional. Furthermore, no coffee machine in the room, coffee corner downstairs opens at 7 am, so if you start you day earlier, better pop over to Starbucks around the corner.

Booking.com (3:00 p.m.) was different from what the hotel actually enforced (4:00 p.m.). I was treated very poorly at the front desk, especially on the morning of October 19th around 6:40 a.m. The bathroom in my room made loud plumbing noises every five minutes, and the hallway was consistently dirty and messy. I do not recommend this hotel!

Situated very well between fifth and six and close from the subway
First thing the room was a very small compare to the picture when you look at and when they tell you, you have a deluxe room and you arrive in the room it’s very small. I was kind of disappointed.
The bathroom was cleaned so so and the carpet I wouldn’t walk barefoot the remote control was dirty.

Exceptional
After arriving at GCT and getting a quick lunch, we went to the Shoreham to inquire about an early check-in. It was my birthday and I was in need of a rest and shower before a night on the town ;) The staff at the front desk was happy to accommodate my request and added a big birthday surprise! We were upgraded to the Penthouse suite, the room was spacious and we had our own personal veranda! It was fantastic and we were beyond grateful!
Zero complaints here!
