Unhelpful staff. Items went missing from my. room. Was made to feel like a liar, then surprisingly they located my items with no explanation or apology.
I have tried numerous times to contact the hotel and no one contact back.

Disappointing
The person at the front desk when I arrived was terrific. I thought that I was going to have a wonderful experience.
The common spaces are comfortable and have a certain elegance to them. The location is perfect, in walking distance to MOMO, theaters, and Fifth Avenue.
The room was small and the carpet was worn. The walls were in need of repair and a fresh coat of paint. It was very cold when I was there and the room was cold. I had to complain for 2 days to get the room heated. Its heat from the AC unit which does not work well. One night there was no water in the room. It comes back on with a bang during the night and wakes me up. It is hard to recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. I would not stay there again. I almost moved to another hotel because I was not getting any resolution with the heat.

Dated and streets were closed over Xmas- obviously not there fault but access to hotel and car park was impossible due to police barricades

Great location that was central to many major attractions
There was only one elevator to get to our room and it wasn’t labeled. Luckily, a kind staffer showed us what we needed to know!
