The location was great in the staff was friendly.
The elevators are incredibly tiny and claustrophobic. The bathroom was also unusually small for a room with two queens for four people. The gym was also very limited.

Pleasant
After we spent 1 night in a very small and dirty room, they moved us to a huge nice suite.
The suite was awesome, clean, large, nice balcony and very comfortable.
The first room was dirty in a way that we couldn't use the shower or walk barefoot.
The elevator is very small

My stay was mostly great, great restaurant, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff, amazing housekeeping staff.
I was incredibly disappointed
that I wasn’t informed that there was no internet or TV available. It was not working the entire length of my stay.

Could not get my television to work, the bathroom was clean, but very cold, the shower head needs to be replaced the hose was squirted out more water than the shower head.

Location is good
I got there early in the morning and check in was late, which is understandable. Given I knew that, I left my luggage with them to store it and returned at the check in time, for which time they DID NOT have my room ready, and I was incredibly jet lagged, still they made mw wait an hour or so. I personally did not enjoy this and it ruined my experience there as I was only there for one night, and I barely got time to sleep.

Location, shower, bed, size of room
Room needed to be furnished properly. It had old desks only one side table on a king size bed no real furniture very bad little chair to sit on and one ottoman to put something on it needs to be properly decorated. Also that has some old lamp that was falling apart on the desk and the lighting needs to be reworked. Also, the lobby needs to be updated. Doesn’t seem to have any security. You can walk right in off the street and go to the elevator.

Shower was trickling water out, and wifi setup was some of the worst I've ever seen with a third party scam like site. TV had no connection and walls seemed paper thin.

I loved the location. It was perfect to what I was trying to accomplish. i like that they gave me a higher room per request.
the temp in the room was a little to warm and air was very dry.
