Good location to Central Park.
Dirty room/carpet, sour smell in the room. No coffee machine in room, no refrigerator in room. The bed was very worn in and soft like a water bed. Desk service was rude and short with me.

The location is the only thing going for it
Really tiny, carpet was gross, sink looked like it was put a prison,. There was no microwave and mini fridge. There was no phone until a repair person brought one up at 9pm. No fan.in bathroom. Makeshift lock on door to bathroom
I probably should have expected the trade offs in price

Where it was placed. Perfect for my plans!
The rooms are small. Look old and run down. Carpets have stains all over. So do the walls. Needs a repaint badly! Bed and bathroom we clean. But the overall room was pretty bad. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night. Staff wernt overly helpful. Price was a LOT! for the kind of room. It’s only worth a $100 at most! Maybe slightly more just as it’s in the city. No breakfast with the room either!

The location was perfect, the staff was polite, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were good quality, and good working A/C.
The carpet of the floor was super old, looked dirty because of old stains, but it was clean. Clearly cleaned everyday. But it really needs some work. I would recommend the Hotel to change the carpets entirely.

Large suite with very spacious and comfortable amenities.
The windows were old and therefore the noise from outside was too intense which led to poor quality rest the first few nights. I work for a NYC noise acoustics company and would gladly offer a proposal to conduct 24-hour noise readings and make a recommendation to improve those old windows so they allow the appropriate sound levels in accordance with NYC standards. I am sure the hotel gets plenty of complaints from its guests of this issue.
