Absolutely nothing.
Well for one being charged $500 for a smoking fee that wasn’t even from our room. The AC BEING BROKEN. No fan in the bathroom. Can’t get help from front desk because they don’t know anything unless the manager is there.

Location is good. Was meant to stay one week but left early.
Rooms had a damp smell and was quite dirty. Windows hadn't been cleaned in probably months. Bathroom was small with shower curtain (not like the photos). Wifi is terrible and only free for first 1.4gb.

Everything was great; Location, cleanliness, and staff except for one very rude receptionist lady. Her name was Tatyana.
When I arrived to the hotel, it was just three hours before the check in time. Tatyana, the receptionist lady, was there. She was by far the worst staff I have ever met in my life in any hotel. First of all, she didn’t smile or greet me. Even when I said good afternoon, she didn’t respond. Her way was so rude. While she was dealing with me in a rude way, she was laughing with some of her colleagues. When I nicely asked her that I had just arrived from 12 hour flight and would be grateful if I can have an early check in, all what she said “check in is at 3:00”. I left the hotel and came one hour later to wait in the reception, I found another lady (can’t remember her name but she told me that she just started working in the hotel one month ago). I thought of trying my luck to check in. I was surprised by her kindness and professionalism. She allowed me to check in with even a better room than I reserved. She finished all check in procedures in just two minutes. I am so grateful to her and her positive and kind attitude. Tatyana, on the other hand, is really in the wrong business.

Great location and great value for money. I'd stay again. In fact I'm trying to book it again right now!
It's great value for money because it isn't the "cutest", but it does what it says on the tin. If all you need is a comfy bed, pillows and an excellent shower, then this is a great choice. If you need more than that, then spend more elsewhere, you're not short of options.

The security deposit of 100$ was returned the next day after check-out, which is great, because the other I was staying at before it took them 2 weeks to return it. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable. Location was phenomenal, close to center and Times Square and also to the metro.
I enjoyed my stay in general, pretty budget-friendly hotel for the location it is at. Although, I wish the room would be cleaner before checking-in. Additionally, one day I needed hot water to take my medicine and went downstairs to ask for one glass and the reception-store charged me 2$ for just a cup of hot water. This is slightly insane, but okay. Other than that my stay was nice.
