The location
The location was the only good thing about this hotel. The building is old, shabby, and badly in need of renovation, yet the rates are comparable to those of much better hotels.
The free Wi-Fi barely worked, leaving you feeling pressured to pay for an upgrade. Unfortunately, the paid Wi-Fi did not work either. I asked the staff for help several times, and although they promised to resolve the issue, nothing was done.
The breakfast, which costs extra, was particularly disappointing: a banana, a cup of cold tea, and a small packet of crackers. This is not what I would expect from a paid hotel breakfast.
Overall, this hotel offers poor value for money. Between the unreliable internet, the lack of follow-through from staff, and the worn-out facilities, it was a frustrating stay. I would not stay here again.

I understand better why this was less expensive than others
Fairly run down.
Layout of room was very screwy.
The couch/bed for the 3rd person used terrible,
Asked for enough towels for 3 people, took multiple tries to get them, see ice was not great

Disappointing
Location was great. Staff were very helpful.
Well if you want to go back to the 1980 to stay in a hotel, this is the one. Very out dated.
Also the dirt of this hotel was appalling. One of the lights wouldn’t turn off in the bedroom. Carpet was filthy wall was moldy. I could go on and on.

Location
They charged us on 500 dollars for smoking in the bedroom but we DONT SMOKE AT ALL. I’ve tried resolving this situation while in the hotel but they’ve charged us anyway. The manager didn’t help at all. We obviously didn’t smoke and they charged us anyway. BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT IT

This is a fantastic location... we walked to the theater...to the highline...and took the train to the ferry...
bathroom a little small...but with the living room ...very good tradeoff

Location
Absolute lack of customer service or care about guests. Manager on duty promised to get back and never did, I even messaged their general manager, all of whom completely ignored my concerns. and didn’t have a decency to acknowledge an email or respond.

Its near by parking garage and near by city
I stayed in a room on the top floor of the hotel, but the air conditioning was not working properly. I called the front desk and asked them to fix the air conditioning or provide a fan, but unfortunately, they refused and said they couldn't do anything because the cleaning staff had already left. I was disappointed because I had already reported the problem. I expected better customer service, and I hope the hotel will improve its maintenance and service so future guests do not have to experience the same problem.
Additionally, my two children were with me and could not sleep all night, which made the situation very stressful

Disappointing
good location, nice staff, my room was quiet and clean.
There was no mini frige even though there was a cabinet for it. The safe in the closet did not close, there were only flimsy plastic cups - they could have provided a real glass, in the evening there was no cold water in the lobby- you had to buy it, you could not control the air conditioning in the room.

Where it’s located.
Internet did not work for several days. They first said we would get a refund for that, but then we ended up getting nothing. If you would like to stay at a hotel that actually has Wi-Fi, do not stay here. Also extremely dirty carpets, pretty disgusting really need to be updated.

The location, staff, car/ride to jfk airport on our departure day, and the jr. Suite layout.
It needs a bit of a refurb and refresh. Carpet and furniture were very old and tattered/ looked a bit dirty. The floor also felt like I was about to fall through it in certain parts of the room so I learned to just step over those areas. The tub in the bathroom was also leaning to one side and that felt a bit uneasy. Besides that, the addition of towel hooks would be beneficial in the bathroom. Tub/shower also didn’t look super clean when we arrived.

The location was amazing!!!! A few members of staff like Ms Lopez were above and beyond.
Room hadn't been properly sorted even after waiting an hour after check in. (Dirty socks under bed and obviously hadn't been vacuumed) Faucet and toilet in bathroom leaked and constantly ran. So make sure to have your loops or earplugs. The sink constantly running a little caused extra wear and made the only sink available look dirty. For some reason the water in the lobby would be available sometimes and not others. The breakfast had no options. For 10 days straight the offering of a banana granola and pre packaged croissant was all there was. And none of the items had a nut free option which sucked for me. And idc how cool your kid is prepare other options.

The elevators going up to the penthouse level were a bit cumbersome. In order to get on the penthouse elevator from the lobby when both elevators were there, we had to send the other elevator up so we could get the penthouse elevator to open.
