Location was great and we had a 2 bedroom suite which was a good value for the number of beds.

The staff was really nice. I also enjoyed how big the room was and the location.
The carpets and furniture were pretty badly stained. We were also given the wrong room, but got moved the second night. I also didn't like that the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The bathtub in our room was out of order,

Very central and easy access to everywhere in Manhatan.
This is not how 4-star hotels are meant to be like. No actual breakfast just a grab and go thing that they've got in the US and we were not happy with that at all!

The location is the peek.
Quite an old building. Rooms are quite close and not really soundproof can literally hear every movement in the next room.

There was no fridge, a 4-star hotel should really have a small fridge in every room.

location
Room was disgusting old and dirty. Moved to another room after complaining and showing pictures. Moved to a larger room that was in worse condition. The staff clearly has no idea how bad the rooms are. Terrible experience.

We like the location and the service given by the cleaning staff.
The first person at the front desk gave us the worst service, when we reported the air conditioning problema she was rude and ask us to pack again leave the bags at the storage and then come back a few hours later to take the new room and unpack everything again. They should have give us the new room simultaneously so we transfer our stuffs with their help without making suitcases again.

Friendly staff, amazing location, zero complaints. The Shoreham nailed it.
The air conditioning was really strong when we entered the room, but a staff member fixed it for us.
