Location was ideal to all major attractions .
Many things were difficult with this stay - we didn’t have a key card for the first 48 hrs of our stay. Then when we got them door was dead and had to be serviced at 10 pm. No doors on bedrooms at all, pictures online were of the 1 bedroom not the two bedrooms. Rooms were dingy and not very clean. One room had big dents with missing paint around where our head was.

The only good thing about this place is the location. It's very convenient and walkable distance to a lot of the points of interest on Manhattan.
The staff was nice and friendly.
The room was not nearly close to what it was advertised. Probably the worst room I've ever been so far. The carpeting was dirty, the furniture was dirty and with some marks, everything was old and outdated - easier to replace than to clean. Shower floor was not clean as well.
Wi-Fi is weak or non-existent.

The room was large - two rooms actually, one
With a queen bed and a separate space with a couch and TV. The queen bed was comfortable for sleeping however the couch was not. Location in city was great. Used the subway to get to airport.
The room needed renovating - the carpet was really old and slick with dirt. The couch was hard and uncomfortable when pulled out for a bed. Rooms were sparsely furnished and needed more seating - another chair and table. The bathroom was tiny and sink really small like a wet-bar size sink right up against the wall so there was no room for your right arm and elbow - couldn’t really get close to the sink. No coffee machine or refrigerator, poor quality paper items. No bottle water. Street noise. Property decided to power wash sidewalk outside the entrance at 2am. Our bedroom was immediately above the entrance - disturbed our sleep for a couple of hours. Garbage trucks at 4am.

This place what just what I needed. Great location, clean simple place.
The room was fine, fair size for NYC, quiet at night, etc. Staff was nice, check in and out was easy. bed was comfortable. Checked all the boxes and is way more affordable than many other places in the area.

The road was closed and nobody could have us get to the hotel. One of the two elevators was constantly breaking down. Although they did allow for a later checkout

Unhelpful staff. Items went missing from my. room. Was made to feel like a liar, then surprisingly they located my items with no explanation or apology.
I have tried numerous times to contact the hotel and no one contact back.
Carpets are disgusting!
