It was as described and location was excellent for our needs.
It could have had a better bar, shower cubicle instead of above bath and air con very noisy when it cut in at night and it would've been good if curtains opened to allow natural daylight.

Location was close to many attractions!
Hotel is Dingy, old, looks like a dorm.
Rooms are tiny, bathroom looks like a train bathroom. Bed said it was a Queen, but was a full. Temperature hot or freezing- no in between.

Really good location.
Very run down, room was very dated, bathroom was so small could barely move. Sockets sparked when I plugged my charger in which was extremely dangerous.

Location was amazing, right off 5th Street and minutes away from Central park.
Room decor was dated, carpets not the cleanest and some window blinds not functional.

Excellent location, mostly quiet. We were next to elevator which we could hear but otherwise quiet.
Tub was a little in need of TLC. Carpet was a bit old.

It’s not clean, facilities were were old, first night before help from booking com they allocated me in some room that was not corresponding my initial request- it was dirty, door to the toilet was not closing and window was to the wall - no sun lite, only after escalation to the booking it was changed.

Location was good for the purpose of my visit
No water in the room only 2 plastic glasses. No coffee/tea maker or coffee available. Room was tired looking. Stainless steel sink in bathroom? One of the drawers in the wardrobe would not stay shut. No breakfast. No free coffee in lobby either, a small useless little shop in the lobby. Is this what one gets for what turned out to be $467 a night? Booking advertised $367 a night but taxes and fees brought the total to $467.
