The location is fantastic. The room was ok.
In the morning, I went out to get my coffee. When I came back, my room was half cleaned, with my stuff moved around, even though the check out is at 11am. I could not rest any more as the bed sheets were removed. I did not authorize anyone to enter my room when I was away and especially not to touch my belongings. The front desk was useless. I would like to claim a compensation as I lost time for which I paid (a lot) before I headed out.

Brilliant location, close to the subway,Times Square and walking distance to Central Park.

The hotel was well situated and was the best value two bedroom hotel room.
The bedrooms didn't have doors and the bathroom door had a very makeshift lock.

Location was good.
Room needs updating, walls grubby, carpet stained, furniture very old, bath all chipped and a variety of colours, lift was quite scary, no hairdryer and a view of a wall.

A good location being close to Central Park, 5th Avenue and Times Square. We stayed in a King Room. The room was large and the bed looked like a Super King.
The bathroom and the shower were too small. The toilet was 2cm from the wall on the right side, which made it hard to use. Our friend staying in a different room had a large bathroom but small bedroom. Carpet was a bit tatty and the air conditioning unit had a mind of its own. There was no fridge, but there being a fridge cupboard. Our friend didn’t have a fridge in his room either.

Great location. Very quiet. Elevator very efficient.
Staff was not helpful. No drinking glasses, ice bucket, coffee maker or refrigerator in room. No local TV channels on the cable for news and weather. All very substandard for $335.00 per night. Miss the free coffee machine.

As a member of the cast, I was attending the Première of the 3rd and final Downton Abbey movie, and the hotel was close to the venue
No real breakfast. No water or coffee machine or bathrobe or facecloths provided. The floor of the bathroom looked rather stained and not too clean, and the bedroom window didn't look as though it had been cleaned in months!

Only great thing was the location … very close to the Central Park.
The room is very small !! I was travelling with my son … and we were hardly able to move in the room together.

The location is perfect. Right near Central park in a perfect spot in midtown. The room was very large and very quiet. The staff was very accomodating. All of the reviews that said that it was bad must have been comparing it to their house or something. I travel A LOT, and this met every expectation that I had. In fact, the shower was easily top 10 (of at least 200 stays).
There was very little that I didn't like. It's a little dated. Very plain. Old carpets. Not much of a view. All things that really aren't the important parts of a stay.

The picture of the bathroom in the advertisement is totally different from the real one. So tiny, like an airplane restroom.
