The only perfect one is the location.
The water pipe is broken and there is no water. When I asked the staff about the reason, they said it was because of Thanksgiving Day and that's why there was no water. This is extremely outrageous!

A great stay in the centre of Manhatten. I travelled for work and found the staff to be super helpful. When I arrived they couldn't locate my booking, but instead found me an upgraded room...a pleasent surprise after a long flight! The room was large, with a comfortable bed and great amenities.
