Location
The service and some of the staff were terrible. Bryan at the concierge was very rude and made us wait for 20 mins at the front desk and when we told him about the wait time he was rude and argued with us and said “I didn’t make you wait for 20 mins” This is not the service expected from Ritz Carlton. The Bellboys were extremely helpful but the higher management was very rude. We had to keep requesting for cleaning of the room. It was not done in one go. It was like staying at a 2 star hotel. Very very poor service!

Great location.
The manager Joel moulghon treat me so bad, he was rude to me.
He even tried to humiliate me. He has no human relations!!!! Also my original room at the ritz had a lot of problems, the water was black and The curtains were broken!!!

Great location, comfortable bed, room was very quiet, gym was well equipped.
1. 4th floor Central Park King view had a view of some trees and a statue, no Central Park.
2. Room was unremarkable, standard stuff.
3. $65 for poached eggs and toast.
4. $16 for a really bad Flat White coffee (free coffee in the lobby was awful and feels like something a 2 star hotel would do).
5. Service leaves much to be desired.
They're just riding on the Ritz name (which seems to be going one way). There is absolutely nothing remarkable about this place. For the same money or less, there are a hundred better places to stay nearby. Try The Mark or the Mandarin Oriental instead.

Disappointing
Location was fantastic, hotel and hotel staff were mostly great.
Charges to my room from the bar and restaurant that were not consumed by me or my wife. I was advised these had been removed from the bill however was then charged upon returning home. Have found this extremely difficult to resolve and it's still not, almost 3 weeks after our stay despite speaking to multiple people on the phone.
