We really loved our stay! The room was spacious and felt very comfortable, especially the bed—it was incredibly cozy and made a big difference after long days in the city. The location was also fantastic, very convenient and in a great area. The hotel itself has such a cute, boutique feel, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
One downside was the lack of a bellhop to assist with luggage, which felt a bit unusual and would have been helpful, especially when arriving with bags. Additionally, the room had very limited storage space—there wasn’t much of a closet or area to unpack clothes. While it didn’t affect us too much since we didn’t fully unpack, it could be inconvenient for guests staying longer or those who prefer more storage.

It's located near everything.
The room is not that clean, it needs a major revamp. Stuffs are old especially the carpet, it's obvious that it's really old and dirty.

Very close to Grand Central, so convenient for getting around, including to JFK on the LIRR. Building had character and rooms have interesting art work and modern furnishings. Easy to leave luggage at reception on day of check-in and check-out.
We had a one-bedroom suite. The bathroom is an ensuite to the bedroom so for those sleeping on the sofabed it was difficult if they needed to use the bathroom in the night. Otherwise we liked the room,

Pretty good location, definitely boutique and that was perfect. Felt like a real "find" as opposed on the tourist trail despite the Manhattan location a stone's throw from Grand Central. Staff were super chill too. I decided to leave a day early and they were so concerned for me — genuinely too, it was sweet, although everything was good.
I'll be back.

A great choice when you aim for excellent location in mid Manhattan.
The rooms are not in the best condition. During my stay, I was placed in two different rooms; the first was in very poor shape and felt like a backup room used only when all other rooms are occupied.

Location and very helpful room service
Upon arrival, we were told there was an issue with our payment, even though it had already gone through on our end. Instead of resolving it themselves, the staff insisted that we contact Booking, which was frustrating—especially after a long journey. They were not particularly accommodating or helpful during check-in. In the end, it turned out everything was fine on our side, and the issue was something they needed to handle themselves, not us as customers.

The location is fantastic with extremely friendly staff. The room was very clean. It’s right around the corner from both the Chrysler building and Grand Central Station.
When you first come in there’s stairs you have to go down. They have a lovely person at the door to help get your bags down the stairs.
