The attached bar was very nice, with a good variety of specialty drinks.
My wife had a dozen bed bug bites from their beds. We found a dead one on our second day, after reporting to the staff they moved us up a floor. More bites appeared, and we found a live one in the new room. Left early, and was told to email to be compensated. Haven’t received anything back from The Renwick.

A/C failed in our room on a brutally hot night/morning, necessitating a room change. Both elevators were out for a time, one was back working shortly thereafter

Great location. Room was small but this is NYC so that was not unexpected. Bed was comfortable and there were no street sounds and never heard another guest. The view was non-existent but we weren't here for that. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located perfectly, close to everything and accessible. The staff were very nice and helpful with everything. We got upgraded to a bigger room and enjoyed our time very much.

the location was fantastic, easy access to the Metro and Times Square. Lots of food options in the local area. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Sadly I didn't get to try the hotel restaurant but the menu looked lovely.
The carpets could have been a tad bit cleaner, but I'm knit picking here.
