The location. Walking distance to grand central. Lots of restaurants around the area. Bed is comfortable. Nice bathroom. Seating/living area is huge.
One of the TV didnt work (living room) but its fine, not a big deal. Bathroom is a tight squeeze but not a big deal either. Love that its updated tho.

The rooms were decently sized for NYC. Everything was up-to-date from the lobby, to the room, to the bathrooms. Always appreciate when a hotel room has a mini fridge -- so that was great to have.
Checking in was extremely frustrating. I had booked the room 2.5 months prior through Booking.com. I had received multiple confirmation emails leading up to the trip. Upon checking in, the person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation. They had called someone who found it, and it took TWENTY FIVE MINUTES of sitting in the lobby twiddling my thumbs waiting for the person on the phone to set up the room appropriately in the system. It left me only 10 minutes to get ready for a dinner reservation we had, which was also extremely frustrating.
