I really liked the size of the room and the way the space was utilized. I liked the furniture. I liked the size of the bathroom as well.
A counter in the bathroom for makeup etc would be nice.

I love the location, right next to grand central station! There's restaurants and bars literally as you leave the hotel! The staff was so friendly! The hotel is chic, clean and so cool, old building that is exceptional! My room was amazing and clean! I will go back when I visit new york again!

I had a suite which was great. The bedroom had little room for anything beyond the bed so happy to have the extra space.
The shower felt unsafe and potentially slippery to get out. Also electrical outlet where water can hit it feels wildly dangerous. The only other outlet in there was behind the mirror so not helpful either. On the first morning of a multi night stay housekeeping showed up before 9. I was still in the room. They never came back. Leaving they said they could get me a taxi to the airport. I said I wasn’t quite ready to go but would let them know if needed. I checked and Lyft was cheaper. They had called a taxi anyway and when I clarified it wasn’t needed and a car was coming they told me how tolls and taxes are included in the taxi. I was like, cool, good for them. They then took my bag outside to give to the taxi driver. I took it from the driver as he was putting it in his car. He went into the hotel mad and I left.

The property is clean and cozy. I like that the staff remembered me from a previous visit and was so kind and generous. They accommodated my special request. The room was comfortable and extremely clean! Will always be a Renwick fan!

This is an adorable little hotel with plenty of style, charm, and character, tucked away around the corner from Grand Central. The staff is lovely and helpful. The suite was large by NYC standards. The comfortable bed and the Lavazza espresso machine were much appreciated. The bar downstairs is very cool.

The location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Peter at the front desk is helpful and welcoming.
Rooms are dated, with cracks and scuffs. We had graffiti on the wall in our room. Cleaning staff are very rude with a terrible attitude. They would arrive with a terrible attitude as if we are inconveniencing them. The cleaners would always be on their phone watching videos, not really cleaning anything just doing the bare minimum.
Most of the front of house has terrible people skills, I had to ask the employee to stop looking at his computer and pay attention to me as I was explaining our clogged shower. He also had a terrible attitude.
The water in the shower fluctuates from boiling hot to cold, and the heater didn’t work in our room so we were moved around. Not the best experience.

The location. Walking distance to grand central. Lots of restaurants around the area. Bed is comfortable. Nice bathroom. Seating/living area is huge.
One of the TV didnt work (living room) but its fine, not a big deal. Bathroom is a tight squeeze but not a big deal either. Love that its updated tho.
