There was mould on the window blinds in the first and second rooms we were offered

The atmosphere of the hotel was very nice with interesting decor. The room was neat, bed very comfortable and just big enough for two people. The midtown location was great with Grand Central, Bryant Park and theater district nearby. Lots of great restaurants and eateries and museums within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. Also, it was nice to have really good coffee (and tea) provided/available all day.
The shower tub was slow to drain. No other complaints.

Steps from the Grand central. Super convenient to get anywhere in/ out of Manhattan.
Very reasonable price for what you get.
No kettle to make hot water. But just that.

Location and hotel were great. I got an upgrade by Booking to a suite, but when I arrived to the hotel I was informed the suite wasn’t available so I got a regular king size room :/
The housekeeper didn’t change my towels when cleaning the room so I had to request them at front desk.

Great location — you can easily walk to all the main attractions in New York. We had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building from our window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The location. So close to Times Square, Grand Central Station, Empire State, Summit One just to name a few….
Also you receive a free shot voucher at the bar. Staff were exceptional. Special shot out to Judy who made our requests and stay more enjoyable.
