The Renwick is a great hotel, clean and some views has amazing views!
Bed and pillows are very comfy.
Staff is very kind, especially the cleaners, they are so attentive!
I'd add a coffee machine o kettel to warm some water for tea.

Amazing location and staff, filtered water in the room, comfortable pillows.
The design was also nice.
Altogether, this is not 4* level, the floor, carpet, shades, doors, bathtub were all very worn and looked old and dirty. AC was loud.
The bedroom itself is pretty small with no wardrobe/seating, it wasn’t very comfortable to stay in the room for 3 adults.

They upgraded our room, they were very helpful and kind at all times. They also offered to arrange airport transfer and held our luggage. they offer complimentary coffee and it was very nice.

Our 3rd floor room was very noisy in the AM due to typical morning cleaning and maintenance. We’ve stayed in the upper floors and not had this experience

Fabulous location, 2 min walk to Grand Central where you can get a shuttle to square which takes a few mins. You can walk to all the top spots really quickly on midtown staff were very friendly and the place was clean. It’s an older style building so a nice appeal to it and it wasn’t too big . We had a sofa bed and a superking in one room and the room was very generous .
No views as such as it’s on a side road but saying that it was quieter. Good sound proofing in general though

Quaint hotel, with interesting history Scott Fitzgerald and Hemingway were regulars there. Very well located in NYC, 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square and Central Part all within easy walking distance. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, makes a big difference. Special mention to Jasmine Peter and especially Judy who always went above and beyond!
For a relatively small hotel, the lifts were too slow and temperemental, but this won't stop me from returning. Could do with coffee making facilities in rooms, although there was complementary coffee in the restaurant.

We were a party of 3 adults and received a great , comfortable room on the 16th floor . The room was spacious , the bed was very comfortable.
The location is great with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near by .
The night shift front desk attendant on duty when we departed needs to improve her attitude towards the hotel guests.
We received complimentary water bottles in the room which we had to refill ourselves daily . It can be much better if we were left with plain water bottles ( plain mineral water bottles ) daily .
