Location , size of room and staff were all wonderful. Very quiet room. Attractive bar/restaurant in lobby.
The mattress was too soft and there was some wear on the bathroom wall paint that needed some work.

Location and walkable to many attractions, Starbucks and ample restaurants in vicinity WIFI excellent
The boutique hotel is suitable for a short one-night stay, but overall feels overpriced for the limited amenities offered. The room blinds do not block enough light, making it difficult to sleep past early morning. Additionally, the room carpets are worn out, not hygienic and require urgent replacement.

The greatest shower pressure in any NYC hotel. They have a very cool bar downstairs and the building is amazing and rooms are sleek and modern

Great coffee in the morning...room was quaint and comfortable. Location was STELLAR with 3 minute walk from Grand Central.
The rug had a tripping hazard (room 802); the mini-fridge was not cleaned out from prior guests; no soap or lotion upon arrival (cleaner brought next day) and bedside electrical outlet seemed a little dangerous

The bed was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was very specious (we stayed in a king bedroom suite). The building is very interesting, and the staff were pleasant.
The rooms could be cleaner and better kept up. And the rugs and walls were a bit worn, could use a refresh.
