Great location for Broadway, MSG & Central Park. Stylish boutique hotel with great staff.

The location was good. The rooms were good sized.
I didn’t care for the shower. The temperature could not be controlled and the water only sprayed in a narrow fashion.

The hotel was a great location, close in proximity to lots of attractions and easy to have as a home base. The space of the room was great, didn't feel on top of each other and gave us the flexibility we needed.
A few details about the room could have been better. There was no refrigerator in the room, which we always appreciate when traveling and have come to expect. Some noise from stress but overall pretty quiet room.

*Excellent*, friendly staff; lovely room, great location! Refinery was recommended by a friend and really lived up to the recommendation!
Pillows need replacing (too soft and flat), and the elevators are quite slow.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was very comfortable and even being in the middle of everything it was very quiet.
The Rooftop, the Jazz Bar and the restaurant were excellent, although it would be have been helpful to know that I needed to make a reservation if I wanted to have dinner at the Rooftop.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great location to walk to main areas in Manhattan!

Very well presented and clean. Lovely restaurant on the roof. Very helpful staff. Great location close to Times Square and Broadway. Able to check our bags in before our stay and leave them there after our check out time, which really helped so that we didn’t have to carry bags around New York.

One staff member saw me and my son wet and bedraggled from our ride leaving us 5 blocks from hotel in the rain (pay attention, self!) and found me later with a small gift from the hotel. A manager was super kind, even finding an extra hour for late checkout when my train was delayed. They gave good recs for coffee shops and helped me find a dog park. Room was surprisingly large for NYc. So, a lot to like.
