The location was perfect.
The level of cleanliness was not great. I been staying at the quinn for 6 years and this is the first time the room was not so clean. There was dust on the floors. I dropped something behind the counter near the tv and noticed there were items left by a previous guest including a tv remote and some drink stains. The tiles on the room were not maintained well and had cracks and dust.

Room was super clean, very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The location was fantastic. The staff were friendly.
The hotel has privately owned units and at check in we were heavily pressured to take part in a timeshare-like sales presentation. They were extremely pushy about it! Also checkout on the weekend was 10am - that is very early for a mainstream hotel chain and didnt make the weekend very relaxing.
