Location
Very unfriendly staff - the staff at the counter were unhelpful and made multiple mistakes while checking in. The room service staff repeatedly forgot to provide key amenities like water and robes, meaning we had to keep calling to ask for these to be delivered, presumably because they were angling for tips. One man even asked us for a tip immediately after we had already tipped 25%. Cleanliness was extraordinarily disappointing with large stains on the bedding and even black mould in our room. The price is utterly outrageous for how poor the quality is, and I say this as someone who has stayed at five stay hotels in countries across the world.
