Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was VERY cold. 65 degrees. When asked about it engineer sent to room and said they don’t use heat in the summer and he couldn’t do anything about it. No tea/coffee in room. Typically coffee/tea, water and ice are all accessible without charge. Not at The Plaza.

An iconic hotel, no doubt—absolutely worth the stay for the rich history behind it. But the smaller rooms do feel a bit overpriced.
The rooms could definitely use some updates—things like the curtains and lamps need attention. We also found someone else’s hair several times, so a more thorough cleaning would make a big difference.
