The entire staff from doorman to check out were top drawer. I had to cut my visit shorter than originally planned. Special thanks to the Concierges Ryan and Juliet who cancelled my original plans as I had become ill in Vienna. I also need to compliment bellman Ted and room service who sent delicious food to my room. Ryan provided me with a chauffeur from JFK to the city and back again to my final destination San Francisco and Juliet arranged for a wheel chair to my room for 4am with an early check out. D. Thompson San Francisco.
