The location, staff and breakfast were all fantastic
two things:1. It would have been nice to have the second elevator was working. 2. I contacted the hotel before arriving and asked if there was a shuttle back and forth to airport, and was told they didnt. Found out that you work with a company to provide transportation to the airport or pickups. We did use it to go back to the airport. Also morning concierge was not helpful in helping us to get taxi. All other staff was great!!

Location near Broadway and Times Square. Welcoming helpful staff, good breakfast and complimentary wine each evening plus free snacks and coffee to take away at any time.
On our first night building site workers worked all through the night. This was a one off but we changed room anyway.
Only one of 2 lifts was working, so there was a lot of waiting.

The room was a good size and nicely presented, and the staff were pleasant/friendly.
Breakfast wasn’t great - the space was small and not a great deal of choice.
One of the lifts was not functioning for the entirety of our visit which impacted our wait times to get too/from our room.

Excellent location for theaters, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds and very friendly staff
Only one elevator was working so it took a while to get to/from the room. The continental breakfast was very basic, with no non-dairy milk alternatives for coffee. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working, which we didn’t realize until after we’d put food in there and it spoiled. Staff was quick to fix it, but still, we lost some food we’d purchased.

The staff was top notch. The location was terrific also. Another big plus was the steakhouse next door-excellent food,
The heater went out during our stay. We were given a space heater however. Hopefully we will get the room discount that was promised for the inconvenience. Also one of the elevators was broken.

Location is amazing, easy to get to everywhere. Staff were helpful, and always available. Breakfast was basic but great to have that included. Only issue was one of the two lifts was out of order throughout our stay, which at times meant excessive waits (we were with young children so stairs were not really an option)

Location.
We booked a Deluxe King Room with balcony. It worked out at $640 per night for a 5 night stay.
The hotel is in a great location, everything we wanted to do was walkable and 50th street station was just round the corner.
Overall we were really disappointed with the hotel. The main annoyance was housekeeping: we arrived in the evening and were tired and went straight to sleep, only realising in the morning that the sheets weren’t fresh and hadn’t been changed from previous occupants. We asked at reception and they were changed, however, receptionist didn’t seem very apologetic about this. A couple of times we popped back to the room mid afternoon and the room hadn’t been serviced yet. Not a big deal but not great. Once the room was serviced but we weren’t left any towels, the old ones were taken but not replaced. We asked at reception for some towels, we got towels but no shower mat. Around the bathroom sink was only wiped over twice I think, a couple of toothpaste splashes stayed with us all week. The shower was an over bath one and not great.
The fancy pillows you take off the bed at night were not once put back on when the bed was made, always left on the floor.
The balcony was a let down, lovely and big and obviously we didn’t use it as much as we’d have liked as the weather wasn’t great but we had a few morning cuppas out there. A double room with only one chair on the balcony but two tables, we used one table to sit on. The balcony Furniture wasn’t arranged nicely. There was one plant which looked dead which was actually plastic and so old bits of it were falling off. The other balconies had the same plant. If you’re using plastic plants at least have them looking fresh and alive.
Talking of plastic the ‘crockery’ and cutlery at breakfast was all plastic! Not only is it not really nice eating and drinking out of disposable it felt terrible throwing away so much plastic every morning.
