Flat sheets didn’t fit bed. Either old sheets that shrunk or new deeper mattress. Either way sheets very thin and need to fit bed.

We made a reservation for five people and presented five parsons IDs at check-in, but the room was only prepared for four. The booking site mentioned a sofa bed, but there was only a regular sofa. Unless we requested it, extra sheets and blankets were not provided. There weren't enough towels either. When we contacted the front desk, they refused our request for additional towels, citing a shortage of staff.
It said 24-hour service, but they didn't do at night, leaving me feeling absolutely terrible.

Clean and spacious room, we were on the 12th floor and it was not noisy at night despite how busy the area is.

It was very clean, the location was perfect for what we needed, and the staff was very attentive
I was told twice over the phone that they had valet parking, but they do not. The day we checked in we ended up having to drive it around the block and park it in an underground garage. My son went in to find out and they gave him a slip of paper with an address for the parking garage. I’m not sure why that’s not on the website. It would’ve saved us time to just go straight to the garage.
