The location was great! Close to everything we wanted to do and see and do. We were able to walk everywhere! The room was very clean and modern. I loved the decor! The breakfast was very good, fresh pastries, muffins, juice and hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea.

Flat sheets didn’t fit bed. Either old sheets that shrunk or new deeper mattress. Either way sheets very thin and need to fit bed.

location
We made a reservation for five people and presented five parsons IDs at check-in, but the room was only prepared for four. The booking site mentioned a sofa bed, but there was only a regular sofa. Unless we requested it, extra sheets and blankets were not provided. There weren't enough towels either. When we contacted the front desk, they refused our request for additional towels, citing a shortage of staff. It said 24-hour service, but they didn't do at night, leaving me feeling absolutely terrible.

We loved everything about our stay at The Pearl. The staff was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. The location was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean. We would recommend this hotel 100%!!
