Location - housekeeping was very proactive about cleaning our room every day.
Breakfast - out of water when we were there. Missing oatmeal - a lot of pastries instead. Ate out or bought elsewhere and brought back.

The location was fantastic. The value for the room, amenities, staff, location were all top notch! The size of the rooms were great and overall it was a fantastic experience for the entire family.

It was a great hotel and the room was perfect, plenty of space. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was plenty of storage space.

The hotel has a good location. The staff is friendly.
The bed linen in the rooms needs to be replaced and updated. The hair dryer practically didn't work. It was impossible to dry your hair. The breakfasts are terrible.

Location is excellent, between Times Square, Broadway and Central Park. The team is very nice and helpful.
Higher floor would have been nicer, the view was disappointing, room size for 4 persons was a bit at the limit.
