The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and very professional. The hotel perfectly suited my needs. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and well-run property.
The first room I was assigned was a bit noisy and had a heating issue, which affected my initial comfort. However, the staff promptly changed my room and turned my stay into a great experience.
Additionally, breakfast being served on paper plates slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The Room was spacious and slept 5 of us well. The hotel is very well located and the staff was very friendly. The complementary snacks were a nice touch.
We didn't love that the ice machine was all the way on the bottom floor. There was nowhere in the hotel to get bottled water. We ask for extra towels and for our son's pullout bed to be made up but that didi not happen while we were out for the night. When we returned we asked again and towles were delivered but we need to make up the bed ourselves.

Breakfast was sufficient. We were traveling with three kids, and the suite was perfect for our needs, roomy, Especially by New York City standards.
We ended up cold because the comforters were so late they fall off, and not enough blankets for the pullout couch.

This location is amazing!! Close to the Shows, Central Park, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central. Exceptionally close subway access.
Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy.

Staff extremely friendly, location perfect to walk or take a short uber to attractions if needed, we are a family of 5 and while I wish the rooms at least had 2 sinks, the bathroom was spacious and we just had to be a little patient lol
The suites should have another sink at least and better, brighter lighting.

The location was fantastic. The value for the room, amenities, staff, location were all top notch! The size of the rooms were great and overall it was a fantastic experience for the entire family.

The location is incredible, especially if you plan to attend the theater. The free continental breakfast had more options than expected, including pastries & fresh fruit. The staff were extremely accommodating & always pleasant. The free wine hour, from 5-6, before heading out to dinner or the theater was a lovely bonus. If you've been to NYC, you know how expensive food & wine is, which makes The Pearl amenities that much more valuable & appreciated.
We didn't have any issues with The Pearl at all.
