The room layout is great. Theres a small room between the bedroom and the bathroom that has a microwave, coffee pot & refrigerator, small sofa & TV. Bathroom was larger than expected and very nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bellmen/door men were kind and helpful with directions.
There were no ports to charge your phone in the bedroom and most of the outlets couldn’t hold a plug securely. In the small anteroom, there was one port but it was for a USB-A cable. Most phones made in the last four years are USB-C. Thank goodness we were there for theater rather than work. We were lucky that we had a fully charged external charger so we could charge our devices in a rotating fashion. Likely won’t return.

The location to the two theatres we were going to was exactly in the middle!
While continental breakfast was free it was lacking. No meat, no juice, and the water they had was not enough for everyone. The day we left, I wanted to fill up my water bottle but was unable to because they only had a pitcher of water. If they had a juice machine with a water button I would have been able to.

The room was spacious and clean
The electrical outlets to plug in your phone with very loose and had difficulty staying in and charging my phones all night. No options for Netflix or Hulu.

The staff went above and beyond—they were absolutely outstanding! I unfortunately lost the note with everyone’s names on it, but every single interaction we had was amazing. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and communicated so well.
The complimentary wine was spectacular, too!
Then we got to our suite, which had been upgraded for us in such a short amount of time. It made our stay even more special. Every time I come to New York, this will be my go-to spot. I absolutely loved it!
