We arrived at around 3:00 a.m., and the front desk staff were extremely friendly. They kindly assisted us with check-in and even introduced nearby attractions despite the late hour.
We stayed as a group of three adults, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that on the first night, the noise from the air-conditioning compressor affected our sleep. However, after we reported the issue to the front desk the next day, they promptly arranged for maintenance to inspect it and quickly moved us to another room with much less noise. The service was very efficient and responsive.
Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The location is also very close to Broadway, making it very convenient for watching shows.
We highly recommend this hotel!
Some noticeable noise from the air-conditioning compressor in our initial room that affected sleep quality (the staff handled the situation efficiently and arranged a quieter room for us)

Courteous, helpful staff. They held our bags before and after check in/out so that we could do activities. Free breakfast, plenty of towels, lovely soap and lotion. Tea and coffee, snacks, free wine.

In the center of everything! Great location, friendly stuff, clean spacious rooms, quiet
It was very cold! You can turn on the AC but its either cold or unbearable stuffy. Also the AC is very noisy- so you can’t sleep with it.
There’s no way you can heat up the bathroom ! There is no AC/any warm pipes. Every time it felt like a North Pole exhibition. Small windows in the corner of the room, but we had to keep the curtains closed to keep the warmth in. The rooms don’t seem to be adapted to winter at all! Horrible breakfast, the only warm food - boiled eggs, lots of bread but no cheese, ham or veggies (well, there was Philadelphia ).

Great location, very helpful, friendly and supportive reception team, nice room.
Breakfast should be excluded from the service- it’s a shame- for such a great hotel - to serve it with plastic cutlery, very limited, basic and untasty assortment and in tight place (we just came once, never returned again to not to spoil the impression of overall outstanding place). Person communicating from hotel side on Booking.com is a bit rude and unwelcoming (different from hotel reception vibe

Fantastic location, right in the heart of New York.
Excellent transport links, subway entrance is just around the corner.
Room is massive for NYC
Very clean, staff were all very helpful.
Breakfast included is a massive perk for NYC and the 5pm wine club was fun for the couple of days we happened to be in the hotel at the right time. 24/7 snack room is a great idea.
Very fair pricing for the area, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
The shower was a bit fiddly, and one evening we had a leak from the room above into our bathroom, though this was rectified within less than 10 minutes of phoning the front desk.
