Good location, right near Times Square and accessible subways on either side of the block. Staff on the door really friendly.
Pending when you are travelling, price per value didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately that’s part of trying to move hotels and ending up with Pearl. I wish I had explored options in West Village or the likes and used the trains to head up to Times Square.

Clean on quiet street but within 7 minutes of walking to everything! Great location
Nothing we didn’t like… free breakfast…how can you complain about “free” in NY?? Guess it would have been better if had scrambled eggs instead of just hard boiled eggs.. there must be additional rules to serve hot breakfast items…still great!

The location is fantastic. Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had major flight delays and they kept in touch and were more than happy to check us in way after their check in times. The wine hour is fabulous!

The only great thing about this place is the location.
Everything about this place seems outdated. Breakfast was very limited option with no hot items. The bathroom had an indescribable odor. The toilet needed repair. The so called free WiFi never worked properly. We stayed 1 night of the planned 3 and they still charged me for 2 nights. I’m guess the location was the reason for the excellent rating. Was a major disappointment. Will never book here again.
