Courteous, helpful staff. They held our bags before and after check in/out so that we could do activities. Free breakfast, plenty of towels, lovely soap and lotion. Tea and coffee, snacks, free wine.

Very good room space, good room equipment, wine service at the reception at 4pm, 24h coffee, tea and snack service near reception. right inside the Broadway and few minutes walk from Times square yet not too busy street,
Slightly more distant from the subway, not too fancy views from the room if it is an important feature for you

Walking distance to theaters and Times Square. The Doormen made you feel safe and the staff were very friendly. The room was large for the location. Never waited on the elevators.
The queen bed wasn’t a true queen, more like a full.

Very high quality. Huge rooms! Staff was very nice. Love the little snack and drink bar.
I splurged on this, so price was a bit higher than I normally like to spend.
Breakfast could have been a little more extensive for the price.

Loved the 12 noon check-out, free wine hour at 5 o'clock in the lobby, friendly staff, comfy rooms, breakfast, and 24 hour cafe with free coffee and snacks. Also love the international atmosphere. It was our 4th stay here and each time we come, we love hearing all the different languages of the guests from around the world.
