Loved that the breakfast was included. Great bagels, pastries, fruit and yogurt. Plus a great location too. You also got free snacks and sweets and hot drinks whenever you wanted.

Location, room size and staff made this hotel ideal for us. I broke a perfume container while in the bathroom and asked them to clean the floor to ensure I got up all the glass. Staff was very accommodating.
Cost is getting a little high but so are most rooms in NYC. Love the wine hour here but we often miss it due to our schedule. We stayed for 2 nights and weren't able to take advantage of it either time.

The room was a bit small for a fmaily of 5, but we were ready for this. The prices in general in NYC are way too expensive.
The breakfast was perfect! It was exactly what we needed. Also the additn of the free snacks during the day was great.
The location of the hotle is prefect. Close to all the important sites, and also close to subway.
