Location is excellent. Car Parking is right besides this hotel, very convenient. Rooms were good however one room AC did not work properly.
Breakfast was good but the menu was same everyday. some change or upgrade in menu would be good.

This is a very professionally run hotel. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious for Manhattan, and the location is excellent! Great value for the money spent. I would gladly stay at the Pearl in the future!

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the wine hour and free snacks for the kids. Our stay was amazing! We will definitely come back!
The breakfast could have been more varied. We also didn't like the use of disposable plates and plastic utensils for breakfast—it created just too much waste.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Great location, near where we wanted to be. The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, lots of small conveniences and amenities that were appreciated, excellent breakfast that was included, 24-hour snack room open, up-to-date decor with nothing worn out or dated. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Good sized rooms for NYC at a reasonable cost. Although I have tried thinking of something that could be improved, I honestly can’t think of anything! I will stay there again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the loccitain products and snacks.
Plastic plates and cutlery. At least use cardboard and recycle. Water at reception would be good for water bottles.
