First of all, the staff was incredible! Very warm and friendly and extremely helpful.
Secondly, the location was hard to beat.
The wine service from 5 to 6 was a nice touch.

Very close to times square and central to other attractions. Breakfast was enough to start the day..the beds were very comfortable would stay again if visiting New York

The location, just off Times Square and convenient to multiple subway lines, was exceptional. The breakfast was amazing - fresh pastries every day! Even though we had two double beds, the room was very spacious and our group of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. Hotel staff went above and beyond on more than one occasion to make our stay perfect.
Nothing really? The only thing I could think is that there is space in the room to put Queen beds in instead of Doubles. The Times Square area is super busy and can feel touristy, but the convenience of being near the theater and subway is hard to beat.

The staff at the front desk of The Pearl made it a memorable experience. They were friendly, helpful and made us feel comfortable. The property was very clean. This is hit or miss for NYC hotels - even when they are highly rated. We were very pleased and the location was excellent.

Great location, super kind and helpful staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed
Breakfast. The breakfast was really, really poor. Nothing healthy, full of sugar, nothing warm (like omelette or scrambled eggs), served on single use plates. No cheese, no cham, not a piece of vegetable.
