We stayed a week in this hotel during the Thanksgiving week.
What we liked:
- Great Location (Times Square is very close)
- Spacious room
- Big and comfortable bed
- Kind staff at reception and housekeeping
- Rest of the staff do not look like that they are happy to work at the hotel or want any guests since they never smile. One of the portier and one bartender (her name starts with C..) were without any reason very rude to us and this makes the whole stay disappointing.
- Hotel is a bit dated
- Price was too high for value we got

The staff was very helpful and polite. We were always welcomed back in by someone, and there was always someone available if we needed help for something.
We loved our stay there, although we usually prefer harder mattresses, but we slept fine. The only thing that bothered us was, after our first night, we had room cleaning and the bed was made, the garbage bin emptied, but not after our second night, and since we stayed in for three nights, it would have been nice to have at least the garbage bins changed. But otherwise it was a wonderful stay!
