The room was well appointed with luxury items like plush robes, body wash, soap, and plush towels. I liked that my room included a sofa and end tables and several different lighting options that created relaxing zones throughout the space.

Wonderful
The room was big by NY standards (Jr. Suite), and it was very comfortable. The sheets were very soft. Nice shower. Bathroom amenities were nice. Location in midtown was excellent. Staff is very friendly.
Only little details: No coffee in the room, no way to heat up water. Electrical outlets were janky.

The treatment at the reception at the time of check in should be warm. Reception staff a bit curt. should be more friendly. The manager at the reception was very accommodating & warm.

Location and comfortable bed
Outdated room. Needs an overhaul as does the lobby. Tattered drapes and furniture in room. Ice machine not working. When asked if ice could be sent to out room, we were told to go 3 floors up to get it ourselves, yet they charge $45 a night residence fee for nothing of substance.

Could do with a facelift in the rooms, starting to look tired and also need to be updated for technology ie could do with USB charging points but that’s nothing major

bathroom smells bad, bathtub is blocked easily and have to manually change drain head position to make water flow down.
