Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was after a bathtub from my 3 year old and there was no issues in changing rooms. Beds were very comfortable and very good air con most especially needed after the heat in the city. My son even got a very special bear when we left from hotel staff.

Very Good
The hotel has an excellent location and although it was a slightly older hotel, it was very cared for and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Shower and bath facilities were good and oi issues with hot water or shower pressure. The reception staff and concierge were all particularly dedicated, polite and helpful. We also had some dry cleaning done whilst staying and this went without any issues.
The service at breakfast varied, depending on which staff members were on.

The location was excellent, easy walk to Broadway shows. Staff were very helpful. Clean and good sized room.
