The fact it was a older look style and situated in a good area
The fact that we paid about $1000AUD per night as it was the festival Christmas period and were advised we would get bottled water in our room daily well on first day yes from second no
We also requested the day before for 1 pm check our at front desk and they told us it was no problem as the hotel was as not full however at 12.08 I have two male staff knocking on the door telling me I needed to get out. I did mention to them I requested a 1pm check out their response was they weren’t aware and I need to go
The fact they knock on your door 8 mins past check. Our is absolutely disgusting especially if your paying close too 600US.
I travel every 3-4 months for business and never did I see such behaviour. I understand if it was full and rooms needed to be cleaned urgently but this was not the case

The property was very well maintained, the beds and rooms were comfortable and tidy. Staff were extremely helpful and the location is very central.
Would not hesitate in stopping here again.

Location is excellent, walking distance to Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, etc. Staff friendly and helpful.
The room was clean but dated. No coffee pot is available in the room.

Windows didn’t open, thermostat didn’t work, outlets were dated and not plentiful. The “restaurant “ was pitiful, and overpriced.

Great location in Times Square, close to everything, we walked almost everywhere and to every show. Great eating options near the hotel and easy access to Ubers or cabs.
Rooms can use a little more updated decor.
