Spacious room with kitchenette and small balcony. Lots of natural light. Beautiful pool and sauna.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the private balcony was fantastic. The kitchenette had everything we needed.
The room itself looked worn. The bathroom was tiny and had dim lighting with the only mirror in the room for hair and makeup. The shower head was just a normal handheld, not very lux.

Lovely boutique hotel and room. Would return to New York and to this hotel in the future.

Spacious room with balcony and lots of great city views. The pool and Turkish steam room were also wonderful. Great little bar but expensive drinks.

The roof top was closed (main reason we booked this hotel against others)
The restaurant was closed so no food or room service
None of the above was advised either at booking or when we checked in
The shower was accessible which we were ok with but after use the whole floor remained flooded right up to the door so if you wanted to use the wc or sink shortly afterwards this was hazardous!

Very clean, right next-door to the subway, very friendly staff, just the perfect location overall
Nothing really… Hallway to the room is a little dark, so it was hard to find the room, but that’s the vibe of the hotel and I was OK with that

The hotel overall was beautiful. But I did not get the room I booked and saw online plus the air conditioner was not working at all and it was so so hot in the room ?
