Room though small was thoughtfully appointed, so it felt embracing. The sink and shower water warmed quickly. The lighting was indirect yet natural, as if sunlight were coming through more than the actual window on an alley. The "complimentary basket of snacks" was 3x more than anymore I've ever stayed. Temperature of the room was even and comfortable.

Loved the room, it was beautifully decorated, gorgeous aesthetic, comfy bed, windows opened which I always appreciate, continental breakfast was next level, even included a barista which was incredible. Lobby was cozy and inviting, the staff were all super friendly. Great experience.

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, the staff is nice and friendly, the hotel is save and cozy .
There was stain on the curtain on my room , very tiny room , the room service come sometimes late when I get back to the hotel 4 pm still not cleaned, the door of the hotel heavy when I came back with bags hard time getting in , the lounge need deep cleaning really I was setting on sofa 2 ants came over me ! No room service, that’s new to me ! there was old lady living in the room next to me I smelled cocking while I was trying to relax in my bed ! Yes I learned later that actually she lived there for years .

I want to make this our official location where our team meets every time for a company meeting or book launch. Everything was perfect, from dinner to the charming rooms to the meeting spaces to breakfast.
Sometimes the waitstaff moves a little too fast to get their attention, lol.

It’s my home base whenever I travel to NYC. Anytime I’ve stayed at another hotel I wish I’d stayed at the Marlton. The vibe of students in the lobby, coffee by the fireplace and the luxe cozy decor keep me coming back.
The rooms are minuscule, but that’s ok.

Location is incredible. Cleaning staff was incredibly kind and was attentive.
Breakfast quality was okay, but service is extremely slow. They seemed surprised we were there each morning. Rooms are shockingly small (but they fit the description). It’s an old building (good charm!) but either mold or dust was bad for allergies. Not sure I would go back this time of year with the holiday price hike.

The beautiful lobby area and the charming decor make this my favorite place to stay when I visit Manhattan. The complementary breakfast is far above what most hotels offer in terms of quality.
