The room was clean and had good amenities albeit a little small as other reviewers have mentioned. The location is great, close to the subway and Washington square park. There are good options included on the breakfast menu. We did not eat at the restaurant or drink at the bar but had a great buzz about it and a lovely fireplace.
Room is a little small and a bit of a struggle with large suitcases - not enough space to unpack therefore end up always walking around them which is just about possible. Certainly more on the expensive side but was not left wanting for anything so can't really complain too much about that.

The location in Manhattan was prime, service was accommodating and very cordial. The hotel's decor is truly charming.The food served in Chez Nous was sumptuous.

Lovely hotel and always our go-to when visiting New York - cosy, friendly and low-key. The staff can’t do enough to help you. Sadly, someone was smoking in the room next door to us and they moved us to a different floor immediately with no back and forth! So happy to have this place to come and rest in while in New York.
