The staff. They were just so gracious and helpful and kind. Turn down service was nice. I just really felt taken care of.
Well I did find a couple gross things on the floor...I do yoga so I was "down there", but still. Then it seemed like my lights didnt turn on easily... The slippers were on back order, so that was annoying...Also, when I booked, I specifically asked for a nice view - and I have seen pictures of other views...and mine was not nice - so that was disappointing since I specifically asked for it waaaaay in advance. I mean - the hotel is great, it's just that when you're paying $1200/night - expectations are high.

The rooms are loud and food was awful and overpriced.
Manager not customer service friendly
Very disappointed, this used to be one of my favorite hotels in NY. Jean George restaurant used to be high quality and excellent food.

The location is excellent but the size of the room is not acceptable, the clean 1 time a day and not a good cleaning they left the used cubs and the used glasses unplaced

Our room was very expensive and it was tiny. There was barely room for one chair and a tiny table and two chairs. The mattress was too soft and lumpy. Not comfortable at all.

Everything was perfect. Slept like a baby on the comfiest bed & softest sheets. Worth every dollar!
Their service was very quick and the staff were super friendly. Definitely going back.

Location, decor, staff and gym all classic and good. I come nearly every year for my birthday weekend to the Mark.
Quality of foods except one egg whites dish was very good - portion of yogurt inconsistent from one day to second day
Room was a bit tight for 3 people but I should have asked for a suite
Booking.com does not appear to have access to their suites
Room service pricing and bar a bit expensive but generally good quality and staff are superb
