we love the location , the ambiance and decoration, staff and building.
Breakfast was very good.
Staff was very helpful and always ready to assist.
They let us check in before the indicated time which was really convenient for us.
Check out at noon is also appreciated.
Pillows were not very comfortable, we asked for a couple more firm ones.
The stairs at the front door were not very convenient.

The hotel was charming and the staff was incredible. Location (near subway station and virtually across the street from Chelsea Market) was amazing. I will be back!

The property seems very tired.Staff were nice but low energy.
Definitely needs a refresh.
Feels old - not in a good way.
Furniture needs to be refinished, needs to be painted etc.

Shocking. 600$ per night for a room that’s falling apart and horrific gym. This is on the level of a hostel. Backpacking for students.

Very cool! Decorated nicely. I heard from New York friends it’s kind of a timeless hotel that’s been here for awhile. Tons of charm. Loved it.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Very clean and neat motif, and location for events in Chelsea is exceptional. The gym is also decent.
The beds are not comfortable and the noise levels outside the hotel will keep you up at night as demonstrated by the provided ear plugs near the bed!
