we love the location , the ambiance and decoration, staff and building. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and always ready to assist. They let us check in before the indicated time which was really convenient for us. Check out at noon is also appreciated.
Pillows were not very comfortable, we asked for a couple more firm ones. The stairs at the front door were not very convenient.

Room is above the club and was very loud. When i asked for help moving at first I was told the hotel was booked. then that there was no room service that could help set up another room.
