Staff at reception was super helpful! We asked for advice on our itinerary and they all had amazing tips for activities and food options. Room was on the 18th floor and had an amazing view over the city. The location of the hotel is great, easy access to all the good restaurants and public transport options. Don't miss out on having dinner at their restaurant, Dirty French! We had an amazing meal.

Fabulous location! Convenient to wonderful restaurants, bakeries, cafes, bars, shops! Amazing staff! Very friendly, accommodating and attentive! Wonderful service! Everything we asked for was delivered quickly. Soft, comfortable bed linens and great towels. Excellent amenities. Very cool vibe. Comfortable, felt like home.

The Ludlow was such a beautiful charming hotel. The staff was very friendly and the views from the rooftop were amazing.

Incredible bath with great views. Super comfy bed. Extremely clean. Room was small but beautifully designed. Small things like numerous hooks made it easy to store everything neatly.
Bar was cosy and delicious cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was, for me, perfect. Katz’s deli is across the street (go early to avoid the queues round the block), Sweet Chick next door does great friend chicken. Vintage shops all within a few minute’s walk.
I requested a kettle with tea bags and a steamer and bath salts and they were sent to my room straight away, for free.
Only thing is it would be great to have a coffee machine in the room. But even without that, this will be my go-to hotel for nyc trips!

Nothing nice actually. It is a shitty place in a nice location.
It is a shitty place in a nice location. I did not even stay for one night. The room was like a box. The door of the bathroom was not closing in case I like to get in. Even a solo person can not stay in such a room. Horrible place in that price 500USD / night ...unbeliavable. I got back to reception as soon as I have seen the room and contacted to booking.com. We aggreed with reception not to charge one night so I left the hotel and moved to another one. But than I have seen the room had been charged for a night. Horrible place. Many nicer hotels in the same area.

Brilliant location, we had a small balcony room and it was so worthwhile to get out onto it in the mornings and see the skyline, definitely worth the upgrade. Fantastic location for meandering and hopping about, lots of bars, restaurants and cafes near by - great cold brew at Vita a few doors along. LOVED the King Tuts mural, please don’t ever remove it.
We weren’t told about breakfast which was a shame as we went out every morning and spent money on brekkie when we’d have loved to eat in the hotel at the King Tuts mural, which means so much to us personally. So literally the only complaint is we weren’t given a rundown of amenities or the breakfast situation when we arrived, we also found the bar staff a bit standoffish and stuck up, we often had to go and ask someone for service because there was no one there. But there were others that were great so maybe just two individuals having a bad couple days.
