We loved the aesthetic, the location, the comfy beds were incredible, the front desk & door staff were incredible!
The staff in the bar on the ground floor were so rude all 3 times we visited the venue. For the price we paid to stay there it was super disappointing!

Location is perfect for LES hipness and great restaurants.
NO REAL NIGHTSTANDS in our room #502 was a real problem. Could not place waters , phone, remote, etc… on a nightstand. Strongly suggest you get this sorted for the price of the rooms.

It was a beautiful room with a great view. For such a small space they utlised well as well. We were delighted when the room was available for early check in as we'd caught a red eye and were exhausted!
There were a lot of expensive things filling up the space that we could buy but took up most of the bedside table. It is expensive but NYC is generally so we were happy with the price. No plant based options on the menu was a real shame.

Wonderful
Stunning rooms and views. Bathroom was phenomenal, would go back just for that. Comfy bed but location wise was abit out of the hustle and bustle if that is what you want in NYC.
