This is probably a me issue but there was no shower door, only a half screen, therefore it was quite cold when showering due to a draft.

It was our first time staying at the Ludlow and we would definitely stay here again. The room was beautifully furnished and overall the hotel has a very cool aesthetic. Staff were friendly and attentive. We loved the location and it was within walking distance to lots of cool bars, coffee shops, thrift stores and restaurants in the Lower East Side.
The room was small but in NY space is always at a premium so this is to be expected.

The Ludlow is a stunning hotel! We loved every second of our stay here. Gorgeous style, perfect location for exploring the Lower East Side. A huge thank you to all of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating!

An incredible hotel. Excellent customer service from the moment we walked in. Staff were so friendly and helpful including delivering a kettle to the room and printing off tickets. Housekeeping staff were exceptional. We appreciated the warm welcome every time we entered the hotel. Really stylish and comfortable rooms. Great location.
Small room (despite booking a studio). No space for suitcases. Lifts very slow.
