Wonderful
The staff are extremely polite and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Housekeeping and bedding services are provided twice a day, ensuring everything stays spotless. The rooms are very spacious with high-quality mattresses. The pillows were a bit large for my taste, but that’s typical for most hotels.
It’s great that the room temperature can actually be adjusted to your preference. The location is perfect, and the complimentary morning coffee and tea are a lovely touch. Room service is fast and efficient. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is excellent.
I did not have breakfast at the facility as i thought that 50usd per person is a little bit much when somenone pays 700usd per night. But this is an US thing so i had to accept it.

The location and how quiet the rooms were
For a five star hotel it was incomprehensible how there were red stains in the carpet of our room. Not only that there was a big brown/black stain on the curtain of the bathroom - I don’t even want to know what that was! It was clear the room was cleaned by housekeeping, they just were not able to get these stains out. Also we only got housekeeping services one day and not the second. In a hotel if this caliber you would expect them to come back after you leave and clean the room. We were not the only guests with complains about stains. In the elevator we met people with the same complaint.

Good location and if it wasn't for the scaffolding it's a lovely looking building. The inside is ok and the rooms were comfortable if not spacious. Staff were mostly excellent
Our superior king room was small and the noise coming in from outside was very bad - even road drilling at midnight for an hour on 2 of the 4 nights. Not the hotels fault but not a lot of sound proofing. Also the property was surrounded in scaffolding which got in the way of our view.

It was a lovely surprise. Very cosy and intimate ambiance despite being in the middle of Times Square. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The rooms are ample and comfortable and housekeeping is fantastic. The central location allows to move easily within the city, which is great. I'd definitely stay again.
