Incredibly convenient location. Friendly and efficient staff, particularly the lovely doormen, who go out of their way to look out for your safety. Perfectly clean and quiet rooms with the most comfortable beds.
There is nothing to dislike. This property is perfect.

My experience at this five-star hotel was simply impeccable. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable. The facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere conveyed a sense of order and calm. The location is unbeatable: just steps from Times Square and close to New York’s main attractions, with quick access to trains and transportation. The staff was attentive, professional, and always willing to help. All in all, a first-class stay that exceeded my expectations.

Excellent location, spacious and elegant rooms, and comfortable beds. The concierge, housekeeping, and room service teams provided attentive, professional service that made the stay truly memorable. The food was consistently excellent, and the room service staff were exceptionally kind and helpful.

An exceptional hotel at a great location. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The room was super clean and the cleaning staff consistently paid attention to the details. Obviously a great location, even though quite busy.
No problems at all, though I wouldn't mind a wider food and beverage choice at the rooftop bar.
