Great location and very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and had many thoughtful details that made the stay feel more enjoyable. For example, I liked the heated towel rack, washlet-style toilet, and the bright bathroom lighting. The hotel felt clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
Soundproofing was decent but not perfect. The hotel did a great job blocking outside street noise, but noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms could occasionally be heard.

The location and view of the Empire State Building was great
The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower pressure and temperature was horrible. Was very cold for first 4 minutes and then extremely hot. The rooftop bar advised to be open until 12 but we ordered one drink at 10:45 and told it was last call and kitchen was closed to order a late night appetizer

Hotel was well-located. Staff were helpful, and the room was comfortable
The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable throughout the hotel, and the room’s bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan or other means to clean steam off the mirrors and surfaces. Other than those two minor nits my stay was excellent.
