I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and adult son for a vacation stay. The staff was very nice and attentive to our questions and needs. The room was as described in the listing. The heated toilet seat and bidet were a plus (now my wife wants one at home!). We had a corner room (paid an upcharge for it) with a nice view of the Empire State Building. Also, chose early check-in and late check-out. The location was perfect for us. Just a short walk to Grand Central Station for the subway, bus, and the Dartmouth Coach drop-off and pick-up. Would definitely stay here again.
The sheets were a bit stiff, would like to have had queen beds and a mini fridge. None of these things would keep me from staying here again though.

Location, service and cleanliness. Also fabulous breakfast buffet. Staff were all courteous and kind, went out of their way to meet our needs.

Great location in New York near Grand Central and other sights. Staff were very helpful, breakfast excellent and the room was a good size compared to others in NYC.
Only issue was that the rooftop terrace is not open Sundays and Mondays, very disappointing as we booked partly for the terrace for after dinner drinks. Come on Prince Kitano, you can do better than that !!!!

Having been there almost once a month during the last year, I can say it’s the best hotel in New York City! I’d love the room and it’s view, the attention to detail such as water bottles in the room when you arrive!
