Just around the corner from Times Square. Friendly staff, lovely lobby and great coffee, although overpriced. The room was quiet enough given how loud the traffic noise is in that area. Spacious and clean.
Some areas in the room are outdated, and need a bit of refurbishment. Nothing major, just minor details.

Actually, nothing.
There is nothing special about this hotel, except from the location being very close to times square. It's also clean and good service, but other than that not much to offer that you can find in other (and cheaper hotels), for example it didn't have a coffee machine in the room. It was also disappointing to find out that the pictures depicting a rooftop are actually from private balconies that only certain rooms have. The view was not great, and there was noise from the street. No extras or amenities, the hotel bar/restaurant was not nice at all. In general, not a nice experience, will not be going back and will not recommend it to anyone. I don't understand why it has such high ratings on booking.com.

Fist of all the hotel needs renovation.Foors,furnitures in the bathroom are old.The corridors ,the bathrooms in the lobby are in a terrible condition.Ditry windows,dusty fyrniture in the room.The wifi is not working.You cant do anuthing eith it.The breakfast

Location great. Room itself was nice.
A single serve Keurig or something similar is needed in the rooms. The only way to get coffee is to pay for it downstairs. Our shower did not work properly. Even after asking to have someone look at it, it still did not drain well and water poured out of the faucet.

The Muse location is awesome, 2 minutes away from Times Square.
The staff was so nice and helpful. Thanks for the good advices about restaurants.
We’d definitely come back if we come back to New York.
Breakfast choice is good and if not enough, always the opportunity to order anything else.

Great hotel in an ideal location. Spacious rooms, especially compared to some of the tiny closets offered as rooms by other hotels. Access to multiple subway lines just steps away as are dozens of excellent restaurants.
The decor is a bit dated, but that’s a trivial matter outweighed by all the positive aspects.

The most friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Daniel and Yaevick. Perfect location, very close to Times Square but out of the buzz and crowds.
Comfortable, spacious rooms. Taxi stop at the entrance, subway very close. Just as restaurants and stores.
