Exceptional location, very close to Times Square. Rooms are big. The beds are comfortable.
We would expect a 4 star hotel to have a coffee maker and to offer tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast is poor.

The staff at the reception was excellent - Daniel was amazing and attentive.
The room was overall ok, a little noisy from the air conditioning but it was definitely reasonable.
The best thing besides the cleanliness is the proximity to the Times Square, literally a 4 minute walk, totally worth it

The location is great, and decent hotel.
The executive king room booked and the pictures on booking.com are not the same as get. The room was actually very smaller than what we booked, lesser space and was missing the sofa chaise, and asked at the reception (Tony), that we didn’t get the room we booked, he argued and said this is the room you booked and you got that. I can understand that not all executive king room as the chaise as told by Receptionist, but the room was congested and there were very less space in the room, forget about putting a chaise. The next day they did offer to move our room to the one we booked with more space and has a chaise on our last night, but by then it was too late and we refused because by then our stay was almost over.

As a first time guest, it was a wonderful experience. Location was perfect for sightseeing and shows. I would love to come stay at this property.

We were on the 3rd floor and it was a little loud in the morning with street construction, but nothing you wouldn’t expect in NYC.

Location and size of the room.
The room was very noisy and cold. The windows did not isolate the room properly and from the 7th floor we could hear Times Square as if we were there. The carpet has some sticky items and it was really disgusting to walk around. One of the personnel tried to make us book a trip to the airport for 120 dollars, saying that Uber would be much more expensive (and it was less than 70 USD).
There was no water in the room and we had to go to an even floor to get it. Elevators were slow, stairs were sketchy.

Cosy & modern rooms. Quite quiet for New York (my room was not on the street). Very well located, at 100m from Times Square.
Would be great to add a coffee machine + offer bottles of water (NB: there is a store at 10m from the hotel)
