The Muse Hotel is located about a 30 second walk from Times Square which is a brilliant location. The rooms were brilliant, clean, modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Bathroom had poor lighting. Fridge was empty. They didn’t give the breakfast vouchers and housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am.

The location was perfect if you want to stay near Times Square, lots of subway stations nearby also. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds were super comfortable and room was spacious and clean.
