We love this boutique hotel for the beautiful decor and the quiet, comfortable rooms. The elevators are easy and have little waiting time. Our room was spotless and always felt refreshed.

Location was great, friendly staff and large rooms. We had and Executive Queen Room which was more than enough space for the four of us.

room was well decorated and well appointed. Bathroom was large and well equipped. Nice shower! Staff wasvery friendly and went out of their way to be hrlpful I liked thae recent addition of the cafe.
Light over bathroom sink waas not bring enoguh to see when applying makeup.

The location is perfect and walking distance to so many places. The suite was larger than expected. There was more than enough room for us. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Daniel and Angel at the front desk were helpful and they remembered us throughout our stay. The breakfast was quick and satisfying. Herman in Little Opus was so friendly. He took excellent care of us. Shakira in housekeeping was always happy and took great care of us. She was friendly and took the time to talk to us which made us feel like family. The engineers who helped us with our TV multiple times were very friendly and fixed our TV. I definitely would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The water filling system had sparkling water on tap. Absolutely loved that
Smelled like weed everywhere. I know its legal in NYC just didnt know thye smoked it inside.

I suppose there wouldnt be a better location throughout New York. The rooms were large, stuff were always friendly. All expectations met.

Perfect location and welcoming staff. Great room and nice and clean.
Only downside was there are no facilities to make coffee and it wasn't available until the small onsite bar was open meaning you needed to leave the hotel for coffee.
