The hotel is incredibly well located in terms of the theater district. It’s modern the rooms are clean and high-tech and we just loved it.

Room large for New York City. Bed comfy. Nice to have a fridge. Perfect location.
One of the elevators was broken on our first night, but it was fixed by the next morning. The housekeeper didn't vacuum the floor.

Location was excellent! It's in the midst of Times Square and accessible to the subway stations. Bryant Park is also nearby and great place to sit, relax and eat some snacks. Friday night concert is a plus.
Staff at the hotel are friendly and respectful. Hotel room is spacious and comes with a mini fridge which is good if you have meds or food that need to remain refrigerated.
Hotel room's AC was very loud once it turns on. Also, not much of a view.

Amazing location - just a few minute walk to the heart of Times Square! Staff were really friendly and were always ready to help when we had questions. They have a left luggage service but only one luggage/bag is free and the rest are $3 each.
Maybe it’s because we stayed on the 4th floor, with a window that faces the front street, but it was very noisy at night as we could hear everything. But other than that it was great!

Very friendly. Allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in. They upgraded our room to two rooms due to a clerical error. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope to be back.
