Stayed there for 10 nights - Perfect location near Times Square and subway stops, rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The staff were lovely - special shoutout to the ones at the restaurant and breakfast was good

Disappointing
Great staff - professional, polite, caring. Nice location. Spacious room. Comfy bad, good shower. Decent gym and coolers with hot/cold/sparkling water on all floors.
Valet parking is somewhat expensive. Not the hotel’s fault, but even though my room was on the 10th floor, the noise from the outside was very loud in the evening while the city was being cleaned. The toilet

I especially liked the staff. They were extremely helpful-- they knew our names and they were friendly. It felt like family. Alma and Diane adn Daniel were great- The housekeepers were also nice. Our room was lovely and I liked the bathroom especially. The room was clean and accomadating- The location couldn't have been better.
The air conditioning in the first room wasn't the best- but when we were moved due to an over exuberant family of a graduating senior- the air conditioning in the new room was perfect. That's about it. The hotel was very nice

Breakfast is an insult for the guests ❗small window and you're allowed pick 3 items including coffee☹️ No fresh ingredients, no yellow cheese, just hard boiled eggs, yogurt & mussley, packed sliced fruits.. very insulting.
Also - no Laundry service at the Hotel. You need to walk 10 minutes to the closest laundry, carrying it

Overall was a good stay at the Muse, third time in New York and was the most expensive hotel we have booked. You get nothing different here compared to other cheaper alternatives.
However room was always clean and there was one friendly member of staff (man on reception) who was the only one who would speak.
Damaged property, during our two week stay I had two damaged iPhone chargers when addressing with the staff the manager suggested I go buy a new one and get it reimbursed, being from the uk I couldn’t find any within my area. I was told I could resolve once home, it’s now been two weeks and I’m still yet to receive a response from the muse.
Our first night we had no sleep due to noise, shouting cars, bins ( all outside of the hotel ) I went down early the following morning and was told I should have requested a ‘quite room’ (first I’ve heard of this). However after being told to bring all of our stuff back down we were given a different room at the back which was quite.

Beds are comfy and the shower is great.
Little Opus is very inconsistent. Impossible to determine when they’re open and what they might be serving. No remote control in our room. Phone did not dial the front desk or any department. Apparently there was supposed to be a sign telling us that but there wasn’t. Way too close to Times Square.

Location of hotel was excellent. Times Square was at the end of the street. There was a subway close by. Carnegie cafe just round the corner was lovely for meals at any time of the day. There was a nice pizza place a few doors down. The hotel had water stations on even numbered floors which was great.
