advertised checkout is 12 noon but you get locked out of your room at 11am and have to go down to front desk to reactivate your keys. It is ridiculously annoying. Just make check out 11am if that is the case. The road was shut down to get into the hotel so we had to drive around for about 2 hours to find a convenient place to park and drag our luggage several street blocks to the hotel. While not the hotels fault, possibly some offer of a small credit or discount the next nights parking or something other than telling guests they didn't know about it.

What breakfast? They want you to pay additional for breakfast and all you get is a Greek yogurt and a coffee for $60+ per night of stay for 2 people. They give you a voucher which is only redeemable for coffee, greek yogurt or a sad fruit salad, and maybe a soda or bottle of water. That’s it. 3 items only from this list. Everything on the breakfast menu worth having, was a la carte and relatively expensive compared to cafes and eateries in the immediate area. And one of the most important issues, you can barely take a shower without suffering 2nd degree burns from the skin broiling water temperature that comes in waves while you wash your hands, face and or take a shower. Their water temperature regulating mechanism is either pretty much done, or doesn’t exist. Horrible experience. The only reason I didn’t pursue this legally is because I don’t have the time to deal with this. But please be aware of this.
Breakfast is a joke, even if you pay for it. Customer service is inexistent. You need something and call them from your room, nobody is going to answer your call. You call them at their main number from your cellphone, nobody is going to answer either. You call the main number and ask to speak to reservations, absolutely they will answer but then tell you they can’t transfer the call and you’ll have to wait until the front desk is not so busy and they might actually answer.

Great customer service, very clean, steps away from all major attractions, rooms come with hygiene items and blow dryer, nicely decorated, & as soon as you walk into the hotel you are hit with a super clean smell!

Close to Time Square
The rooms need more lighting, especially in the bathroom. The closets had no lights in them. It made it very difficult to see real good. Stayed three nights and had room cleaned one time had to ask for towels when we saw the lady on our floor never got new cups or the trash emptied and only had our beds made up one time.

The Muse Hotel is located about a 30 second walk from Times Square which is a brilliant location. The rooms were brilliant, clean, modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
