Staff were all excellent. Bed was amazing. Room was very spacious for NY. Had to cut my Biz trip short and they accommodated me getting a refund. Super cool and kind of them.
Room lighting was kinda dark. Also, a small water bottle in your room is not too much to ask for in 2026.

The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed on a high floor, and the room was very quiet. The blackout curtains were excellent, keeping the room nice and dark in the morning.
The room was a bit too dark in the evening, as there wasn’t enough lighting. There also weren’t enough hooks to hang towels and clothes.

very clean!
The noise (seemed like air vents from outside, the cleaning of the roads, etc) through the windows was unbearable. The rooms (or at least our room) are desperate for further window glazing. The sleep without ear plugs was impossible! For $4500 during our stay we would expect to be able to sleep. Unfortunately, I would not consider rebooking the hotel again.

The breakfast was a joke . Tiny portions and expensive . I mean really tiny portions of eggs and even the toast was tiny . The waiter was very nice You should have a real little restaurant there and for lunch also not a few cold sandwiches.

The hotel has a great location, just 50 meters from Times Square, but on a quiet street, so there is no noise from the busy area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained. The rooms are a good size, and housekeeping is good.
The hotel team is well trained to be polite and friendly, but they are not really guest-oriented. They always smile, but don't do much to help. There is no flexibility, even for small things like checking in one hour earlier or checking out one hour later. We also asked to leave our luggage overnight because we were coming back to the hotel the next day. First they said yes, but later they changed their minds and said no. I also lost a ring in my room, and I'm sure I left it there. Unfortunately, the hotel team didn't really help me find it. We were offered a room upgrade for $30 per night, which we accepted and paid for. When we returned to the hotel the next day, the same upgrade was offered for $50 per night, even though it was during the week. We found this a bit strange. There is no kettle in the room, but you can ask for one and they will bring it to you.

Exceptional location. Very clean and well presented; rooms were modern. Staff were friendly and approachable. After a nightmare taxi from the airport to the hotel the concierge kindly arranged a private car to take us from the hotel to the airport for a fraction of the price.
Only negative was that the air con in the room was ridiculously loud
