- Superb location close to Times Square, making it very easy to get around NYC, especially for activities in this area.
- Good cost-benefit option overall.
- Staff were great: friendly, well-humored, attentive, and quick to solve issues (in particular Barbara, Michael and Angel from the front desk, and Shakira and Elvis from cleaning).
- Issues with room assignment and maintenance noise were handled well and promptly resolved.
- Room was a good size, with enough space for luggage and personal items.
- Heating worked well once adjusted.
- Elevators worked efficiently with very short waiting times.
- Water fountains available in the lobby and every two floors.
- No extra charges for receiving Amazon packages.
- Flexible hotel policies: allowed to stay in the room until check-in time from day 1 to day 2 and granted 2 hours of late check-out.
- Overall very clean.
- First room assigned was not the one booked, and the room change only happened on the second day.
- Room maintenance could be slightly improved, with some dust in harder-to-reach areas.
- Towels felt small for a 4-star hotel.
- Wi-Fi was not strong.
- Included breakfast was very limited, with only three options to choose from at the counter.

The hotel has a great location, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and clean.
The room was small and rather dark, with a tiny window that didn’t offer any view outside. In the morning, a staff member knocked on our door around 9 a.m. to ask about things like rating the hotel and whether we needed towels. I didn’t appreciate this interruption, as we were still sleeping and it woke us up.

The restaurant staff were amazing! Lisa & the gentleman bartender knocked it out of the park and was so attentive to me. The Chalk Hill wine was flowing and I was very happy. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Big room, big bed, very comfortable. 2 minutes walk from Times Square. Very central location as most iconic places in NY are accessible by foot from there.
Too noisy outside even if we were on the 11th floor. There seems to be some construction works even at night.
Too much garbage on the street.
No real view from the window.
