Great little hotel, good sized refurbished rooms for New York, location is fantastic. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were better than expected and the beds were comfortable
No coffee/tea making facilities in room but we did request cups and a jug/kettle to make hot tea and we received them promptly from housekeeping. The location was noisy but being only a block from Times Square it was not surprising.
