Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean when we arrived, and it was good value for money. The location was also great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
The housekeeping during our stay could have been better — one day the trash wasn’t taken out, and the day before our checkout, the room wasn’t cleaned at all.

The property was right in the heart of town square and located near everything you could possibly think of! It was super clean and tidy as well. You literally didn’t need a car because you were near food, activities, pharmacies etc.
The views weren’t that great!

Wonderful location right off of Times Square and very close to Broadway shows. Small hotel made it easy to check in, get to our room and didn’t feel overcrowded. Friendly staff and the rooms were bigger than expected for a New York hotel!
We liked everything. It was clear they try very hard to manage the property well but it is an old building and I wished they had full length windows, a different heating and air system and the carpet was loose. The pullout couch was uncomfortable but that’s not unusual. Other than that really overall great place!

The location is good and rooms are not small.
Rooms don’t have a coffee machine or kettle, the frigobar is empty and the restaurant is not open 24/7, which was a little disappointing.
