The Muse is in the perfect location for anything in Midtown Manhattan anywhere from 20's all the way to Central Park. There's food everywhere nearby and plenty of pubs as well. Time Square and the Theatre District are very close. Madison Square Garden and all of the TV studios also easily within walking distance. The Muse is a short walk from Grand Central Station (or a short taxi/uber ride).
Nothing was wrong with our stay at the Muse.

Location, staff, room was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and helpful and knowledgeable.
Mirror in bath lighting was too dim. Very hard to do makeup. The shelf under the sink was a little difficult to use. No full length mirror.

The property was right in the heart of town square and located near everything you could possibly think of! It was super clean and tidy as well. You literally didn’t need a car because you were near food, activities, pharmacies etc.
The views weren’t that great!

Wonderful location right off of Times Square and very close to Broadway shows. Small hotel made it easy to check in, get to our room and didn’t feel overcrowded. Friendly staff and the rooms were bigger than expected for a New York hotel!
We liked everything. It was clear they try very hard to manage the property well but it is an old building and I wished they had full length windows, a different heating and air system and the carpet was loose. The pullout couch was uncomfortable but that’s not unusual. Other than that really overall great place!

Rooms don’t have a coffee machine or kettle, the frigobar is empty and the restaurant is not open 24/7, which was a little disappointing.

The MUSE is steps away from the HEART of BROADWAY!! The staff is,OUTSTANDING, EVERYONE who works there does 110%, all the staff. The facilites are beautiful and clean. The rooms are quiet with a soak tub, spacious bathroom, the bed is,super comfortable, the TV and fridge make the sty very nice. Plus the robe waiting for you, just the best. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Minutes from The Disney Store, The Red Broadway Steps, and TKTS. The MUSE surprises all around. EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL!!!!!!!

The room was spacious and comfortable
The room was very dark, the window was small and we only could see the wall of building next to the Hotel: no natural light at all. We had issues with the drain of the shower during the whole stay, they came to solve it and the following day the shower was full of water that did not drain. Very disgusting

Very convenient location, the hotel has a very nice lobby with a cafe to grab a tasty coffee and light breakfast items. The rooms are great, very comfortable bed and shower. We had a room with a beautiful large terrace overlooking the NYC and it was amazing!

Uber friendly staff and perfect location for theater goers. Rooms are decent size for NYC hotels. We've stayed here a few times. A real bonus was the addition of the little bar and cafe in the lobby. We enjoyed a cappuccino and croissant.
Towels are were threadbare - clean but should be replaced.

Purchased king bed at property through booking, on arrival they only offered us double bed, and said that they had no available king beds. False advertising and made no attempt to rectify the issue.
