My room was great no view from my bedroom but I didn`t stay in my room during the day so it was not so bad, most important very clean and comfortable, location is fantastic. I would recommented to anyone. It was my first time and I will go back again, love New York, Definitely will stay in The Muse hotel.
The only thing I did not like is having my breakfast with takeaway cup (paper cup and plastis cutlery) :( especially when I have it in the resturant.

Staff was excellent. Accommodations were mostly excellent.
The bathroom lighting was too dim for applying makeup. There is insufficient drawer space for more than 2 people staying longer than overnight to unpack. I personally don't like staying in Times Square but my companions wanted to be near the theater.

WE loved our entire stay at The Muse hotel. This hotel will be out Hotel of Choice for our visits to NYC .
The bed was extremely comfortable . the choise of two pillows was perfect. the sheets were exaclty. like I like not too. hot not to cold. the room was very spacious for four people two adults two teenagers. The service was always smiling willing to help .

The hotel staff were lovely, especially the gentleman working the front desk upon our arrival. Room was very spacious, definitely bigger than we anticipated and a great size for NY. Cannot comment on the food/amenities as we did not utilise this but luggage storage was great, wonderful A/C throughout and the lobby always looked and smelt freshly cleaned. Location was very convenient and not noisy at all during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
The A/C unit in our room was quite loud but no complaints otherwise!
