The best shower I've ever experienced. Rooms are big by NY standards.
On check-in they did not have the room I booked available so had to move the next day and received no compensation. No business centre, small gym, small bar and communal area, no drink in room hot or cold. Old furniture in the room chair was uncomfortable,TV system kept freezing

Excellent location to visit many places in NY, maybe a bit too close to Times Square if you want someplace more quiet. Staff very nice. Beds very confortable more as full size than queen. Cleaning ladies so helpful and nice, even gave us some band-aids we needed.There is a cafeteria on the lobby which makes easy to have hot water, tea, breakfast, coffee or pastries.
On our floor there was no water on the vending machine just ice, we went to the 8th floor which there was water and ice.
