Wonderful
Location is central for walking to a lot of the big attractions including Central Park and Broadway shows. The coffee and water set up was great, filtered water available on all floors and a coffee machine for good coffee any time of day.
A bit dusty in the room on the walls and areas not regularly cleaned like lampshades etc.

Purified water coolers on each floor.
The location is pretty nice.
Staff is very helpful and pleasant.
The mattress was a disaster.
It's probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered in a hotel. It was completely worn out.

Good location
Disappointing stay. The hotel feels quite dated and not very well maintained. The room wasn’t particularly tidy, and the bed was uncomfortable and too short — at 1.80m I had to sleep sideways, which is not acceptable at this price point. Not even a breakfast option. Overall, very expensive for what is offered.

Location and efficient welcome and departure.
Comfortable beds and lovely sheets.
Pneumatic drilling all day long under my room 203 which prevented any sleep at all during the morning or afternoon. The most terrible
noise I’ve ever had to live with and not at all acceptable.

Perfect location in the middle of mid-town. Walking distance or short subway ride to everything. Free coffee and bottled water anytime. Staff were very help and lovely. The room was a great size with everything you need. While not super modern it was very comfortable.

Slightly like a pimped up Travel Lodge - excellent base as location super central, staff kind and efficient, bed clean and room basic but very functional - good stopover option.
