The people working at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave me all the information I needed to make the most out of my stay. They helped me quickly when my daughter lost something. They were friendly and wonderful. There were three who I especially thought were fantastic but I only got one of their names (Sean). The other was a 5'4" brown haired woman and a bilingual (Spanish) man.
The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable.
The view from our room was SO lovely.
The rooms are small. We only had two people so it was fine but three would have been tight. The safe is places right where I wanted to put my luggage. I didn't love that.

Amazing location. Staff were amazing, a credit to the hotel. The room was nice and the bed was really comfy. Loved the chilled and purified water machines on every floor which was a hugely appreciated touch along with bottles to use for the water. Free hot drinks machine and laundry made it even better
The aircon on in the room heated and cooled the room according to our preference and we could open the window too
Overall a really comfortable stay with lots of nice extra touches.
I would have liked a bit better shower pressure. Also would have been good to have a “proper” door that locks on the en-suite bathrooms for a bit more privacy
