Comfortable mattress, very nice location. Step above motel 6. Old ,old carpets and room furniture, with spots all over. Modern shower with not so clean curtain.!

Location is excellent - just across from the Rockefeller - we were there for the thanksgiving parade and just walked to the end of the street by Radio City and had a perfect view.
Although the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, the location is so convenient for cafes and restaurants.
10mins walk from grand central and the LIRR so cheap to get from JFK and subway stations give easy access throughout the city. Central Park is an easy walk and everything is easily accessible.
Room was very comfortable and we had a great view along to St Patrick’s.
Chilled water continually available, everything was very clean and the whole level of service by staff was excellent.
Only slight issue we had was the bathroom has two sliding doors opening into bedroom which gave us a few privacy issues as I was sharing with my daughter.

Great location. So close to everything. Bed was very comfy. The fresh filtered water with reusable water bottles was perfect. The coffee machine on level 2 made delicious coffee drinks. Staff was friendly every time we arrived. Elevators worked well, never a long wait. Our 6th floor room was quiet. Really happy with our stay.

More hooks/towel bars in the bathroom; one more shelf in the shower!
