The location of The Jewel is excellent it’s very clean but in Ireland we are so used to hotels having a bar and restaurant which the Jewel does not they had water stations on every floor where you could fill up bottles that’s provided, on the 2nd floor they have a tea station and 5th floor they have ice and laundry room if you want to do your washing
We stayed for the week and it was very expensive you are really paying for the location

The price is exorbitant and the room was crummy. Chromecast not working, bathroom door almost stuck, disgusting seat, broken things. Old carpet.

Perfect location, very clean (which I was nervous about because pets are welcome, but we could not even tell that any pet had ever been there - so clean!), very comfortable beds - we all slept great! We encountered four staff members and all were very pleasant! I felt very safe with my kids at this hotel.

Well located hotel in midtown. Decent sized room with coffee machine, good shower (large shampoos etc), nice bed.
The room was very dark - not at all like the pictures. Part of the problem was it was a grey day in NYC but also grey curtains, grey walls, and not enough lights in the room made it dingy.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing. Close to many attractions, and yet it's reasonable quiet. We had a room on one of the upper floors with a terrace, and we liked the view. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
