GREAT location, very clean, beds were comfy. Added bonus of having filtered water available on each floor which was great.
The air conditioning in our room was quite loud.

One of the managers, Elizabeth Aquino, went above and beyond when she gathered my clothes still in the dryer on the morning I checked out and folded them into my suitcases then safely kept my property until I returned from an emergency at the hospital later that evening. From my initial call to the Front Desk urgently requesting help to the professionalism of Ms. Aquino and the evening Front Desk personnel who brought my suitcases out to me for pickup - I am beyond grateful and impressed.
Nothing other than my injury at Rockefeller Center!

The location was perfect. Right next to Rockafeller Center and Subways in walking distance.
The staff was unbelievable. The staff were so caring, helpful and kind.
Rooms were really clean and the bed was perfect.

Staff very friendly. The nespresso machine in the room was very convenient. They have water dispensers with empty bottles for you to fill up anytime. The location is definitely the best. You can do a lot by walking. I will come back!
The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were difficult to pump and come out.
I thought the bed was a kingsize but it was actually two beds connected together, so there was a strange little gap in between.

The location and the staff
Coffee machine on the second floor did not work and was not fixed; elevator to 15 floor was out of service and we had to take the steps from the 14 floor to get to our room. Telephones did not work in the hotel.
