Amazing location. Everything is walk distance, plus there is a terrace, we could watch parade on 5th Ave from there!
Water pressure in the shower is not the best. Is not the end of the world though.

there is a lounge on 2nd floor that has a work space, 24 hours tea and coffee and good drinking water on each floor that guests and fill with reusable bottles.
Ordinary rooms, I may naver stay there again.

Lovely staff, amazing location, good room.
Nothing to complain about given we were downtown New York - so expensive and small everywhere!
