Location was excellent. Cannot say too many good things about the greeting and concierge staff, who were helpful, patient, and generous with their time.
It is a petite venue. Rooms are small. Not a problem for me, but a family with children would need a second room.

Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, room was quiet, immaculate, bed was comfortable and bathroom shower was great - good for tall people. Room was also a nice size for NYC.

Great little hotel with great rooms, staff and amenities. Wonderful location to see all the NYC highlights.
For the most part it was very quiet. On our last night, a loud group arrived and partied in the hall outside our room for some time.

Location was great for me and my small children. Walkable to a lot of city sites and destinations on our list. We did not want to take the subway if we could avoid it and we didn't have to at all.

Both room and B/Room were very clean. Bed was very comfortable; I had a balcony, which was a surprise and wonderful. I was surprised that all normal amenities were included in such a modestly sized space. Ver creative placements.
The Lobby is an afterthought, but I guess there is no choice given the building width.

Location top notch- close to broadway, MOMA, Morgan Library. Across street from Rockefeller Center/ Tree, and view of St Patrick’s Cathedral. Especially appreciated coffee and lounge on 2nd floor available anytime. Room had female-friendly amenities including swivel mirrors and hand shower.
Water flow very low.
