Terrific location, walking distance to everything we wanted. Best designed room in a Manhattan boutique hotel I’ve experienced. Perfect amenities, they thought of everything!

The room functioned well. Lots of amenities. Didnt need for anything. Rooms were very quiet, the windows blocked all the street noise. The air-conditioning very easy to use and very effective. Superb location really. Staff very welcoming and engaging. Nothing too much trouble. Bed/pillows really comfortable.
Room slightly small but very efficiently designed. I was a solo traveller so not so much an issue.

Amazing and friendly staff. Everyone was extremely nice and went the extra mile like randomly upgrading my room. Hotel overall and my room were all very clean and comfy. Price was very reasonable. Location was right in midtown so close to everything. Zero complaints

The location next to Rockefeller Center and Radio City Music Hall. The availability of a 2nd floor lounge. The boutique size of the hotel that ensured no lines waiting for the elevator.

The location cannot be beat if you are wanting to be near Rockefeller Center or Radio City Music Hall!
It’s showing a bit of age, time for a good eye to come in to fix it back up again.

Once we get into our room, everything was good
Check-in was awful. Their credit card machine broke, or so they said, and could not charge us for accidentals. And that one they refused to check-in anyone though they could find my reservation and see that my reservation was prepaid. It is the first time I saw a mess like that anywhere.

Excellent location, views of St Patrick’s cathedral
and the Rockefeller Centre from our room. Complimentary coffee lounge on the 2nd floor was a much appreciated bonus.
