It was my Second time at the jewel hotel in two months. This time I had to use beside the elevetor the stairs to go to my room. The staff was not very nice….

The location of the facility was very nice, it was very close to every point, it was a great convenience for us for the New York trip
What he doesn’t like in the facility is on the coffee floor, I think it could have to be in his snacks, it could have been a small vending machine, food vending machine

The room was probably the most practically designed hotel room I’ve stayed in, really enjoyed that. Also the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Incredible location! The Nespresso in the room and the purified water station in the hallway were key. The details are not missed here. I will be back and will recommend to all my friends.
I would have loved a soap dish in the bathroom, and the shower grout could have used a bleach. Very minor details for an otherwise incredible stay.
