Beautiful rooms and location
We spent more for an upgraded room. Unfortunately this put us on a high floor and the loud music from the rooftop bar kept us up both weekend nights. They were not able to give us a different room and while they said they’d bring ear plugs they did not follow through.

Cool and modern while still being comfortable and intimate. Fun art and style throughout. Quiet, without too much city noise or from other guests. Great location for us near hip neighborhoods and easy parking option.
The guest services texting system. It was not effective and caused some confusion and trouble.

The room had a great view! Staff where very friendly
There was a dog in the room next to me that was barking late at night not what you want when you’ve come in for London.
I did call up to tell staff but they couldn’t really do anything as it was barking because its owner left the hotel

We LOVEDDDD this hotel. It was our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to treat us so well. We loved the room and view and La Labo soap and shampoo. We also loved the location.
