Loved the corner room + amazing front desk and door staff.
The fact that the downstair restaurant was closed. I did not miss the food but it looked a bit grim.

Location is great, but the hotel did not meet expectations. Breakfast is good but not varied. The room was small and also the bed. Bathroom was clean but the shower was broken. Staff good enough.

Next to the hotel there is a construction site that caused noise in the early morning hours. Nowhere was it mentioned that such a problem exists.
We arrived a day late because there was an Air Canada strike and our flight was canceled. Despite repeated requests to the hotel, I did not receive any compensation, even though I booked two expensive rooms.

Nice style, location
Super nice hotel. Unfortunately, there is an issue staying on the last floor, right below rooftop bar. The views are great, but there may be some late night noise, particularly music on weekends. However, the main problem is that the staff working at the rooftop bar instead of using the elevator, they use the 17th floor, where there are hotel rooms, like mine, to bring or take out crates, bottles and other very noisy material. Avoid the last floor (17th). Other than that it is a very nice hotel.

Room size , staff was so nice and helpful with everything we need . Very nice bar and restaurant. Perfect location . Shampoos I love here it’s Le Labo .
Better cleaning floor in room. There is construction next door , but if you have high floor then it’s perfect .
