Wonderful
Excellent location, didn't have breakfast or dinner as there were so many brilliant options in the area. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
a minor issue with sink in room and dusty cupboards, but as we didn't report this, we can't really say it was not dealt with. Our room was below the rooftop bar, which can be noisy, but didn't impact our stay.

The location is perfect - right on the edge of Soho and close to a number of subway stops. The room had lovely big windows and the bathroom was a good size, with underfloor heating. Reception staff was very nice. A good choice in this price bracket.
The A/C / heating in the room was very hit and miss - regardless of what temperature we set it, the room was either freezing cold or super warm, plus it was very noisy when on. Also, the hotel is right on an intersection (and currently next to a construction site) so maybe not ideal for those very sensitive to noise (but also - good luck finding somewhere quiet in New York!)

Great location, easy access to airport train, metro etc. Very friendly staff, spacy room very clean and in tact with good amenities (coffee etc). Roof top bar is excellent !

Very convenient access to the subway.
The staff were very friendly.
The gym was well equipped - but was very crowded so all the equipment was in use and I could not workout.
The rooftop is lovely, as are the terraces and bar.
I was disappointed with the room from quite a few aspects:
1. We were on the 4th floor and there was a lot of noise from the streets below.
2. The bed was small, as was the room itself.
3. The USB ports on both sides of the bed were not working.
4. The lighting in the room was very sparse. It was very dark.
5. There was a coffee machine, but I wanted tea. Instead of offering to bring me a kettle to the room, I was told to order room service at a cost.
6. There is construction going on next to the hotel, so I could not open a window as foul smells came in; and the view wasn't nice.
The room was very expensive, and was not a good value for money.

Great hotel in a great location. Ample sized room with a great view and the shower and facilities were all very good.
The hotel really let itself down by the fact they take money from your credit card of $115 per night as a "security deposit". Despite checking out 5 days ago and sending numerous messages I am still having to chase down this refund. Every other hotel I have stayed at pre-authorises a security deposit rather than physically takes the money from your account. This seems like just a way for them to hold onto your money and make off the interest.
