I loved the breakfast, quick and easy. The location was perfect, near everything I wanted to visit and see around Times Square. Close location for any and all Broadway shows. Also, easy access to NY subway system for traveling without my vehicle. Shout out to the Latern, great drinks to end the evening.
The room was kind of small from what I was used to having on my vacations.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is between 5th and 6th ave. So it is close enough to Times Square to walk there and far enough to be away from the noise.
The breakfast was not good at all! I chose this hotel for the breakfast and now I regret it. The breakfast sandwiches had tons of cheese and made my whole family sick! Imagine going around Manhattan with a poor stomach! The room was super small and only two body towels were available for a family of four. The elevator was so small, slow, and old. It took several minutes to arrive every time! Also there was no coffee machine at the room that was so surprising. Considering the price and the fact that breakfast was really poor quality, I won't go back to this hotel!

The location is perfect. We were also interested in a two bedroom suite to accommodate our family. Although an older hotel, it has been well-maintained, and is beautifully appointed. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel bar, Lanterns Keep, closes too early at 11 PM. Both nights we were there, we were really interested in having a nightcap, but arrived back at the hotel just shortly after the bar had closed. We were very disappointed!

Very good location, with walking distance to the Broadway shows and other destinations on Manhattan. Great and friendly staffs, spotless rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows! Good breakfast, enough to start your day with. They also offered one bottle of water every day! Close to the transportation and there are many shoppings and eateries in the area.
The hotel is presented on booking.com as five stars but is only four stars ( its say on the building too, that is only 4 stars). However, even if 4 stars, they are offering sleepers and bathrobes, at least, in the room I stayed! I was missing a coffee corner in the room or at least on each floor! Good to mention, coffee was available but only until lunchtime and only on the entrance level.

Great and friendly staff, awesome location, and the room was excellent.
It was awesome to grab a coffee at the hotel to drink at Bryant park.
I am kinda nit-picking here but a few things I think could improve to make the experience even better:
- vegan option for breakfast (or if there is already maybe it should be better advertised)
- space/possibility to store personal items on the minibar (it was jam packed with hotel items)

The location is perfect! Short walk to grand central and the theatre district. Many great restaurants in the area. The breakfast was perfect for not having a kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was very small, even for NY. No real bar, its very very small, no atmosphere and closes very early. Also breakfast wasnt a proper breakfast.its a weird takeaway breakfast - not what was expected.

The location was excellent! Staff were nice and courteous, the cleaning staff even organized my kid's stuffed toys when they did their clean up,, which made my kid very happy. It is convenient that the breakfast was grab and go.
Our hotel room was smaller than expected, with almost no closet space but maybe we're not used to NYC room sizes. There was an issue with the airconditioning too as it would just stop cooling the room in the middle of the night and we'll wake uo sweating and have to readjust the temps again.
