Great location right by all the Broadway theaters and in the middle of restaurant row- but surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed and big, misty shower. Gorgeous New Orleans setting with a nice continental breakfast. Holding luggage until 11pm on the day of checkout and for a few hours before checking in was very helpful.
Please add a black tea to the breakfast selection, which is otherwise fantastic.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we loved the rooftop seating area.
The smell of cleaning products was a bit strong when we checked in (it faded) and we had problems with TV remotes (if it takes two remotes to operate a TV it’s just a little too complicated).

The breakfast, the staff running the breakfast and the room where breakfast took place were all phenomenal. The granola was delicious, the attendant offered me a to-go cup of coffee. I was there at the tail-end of breakfast and the staff stayed longer than they needed to accommodate me - that was top-notch! Also, the breakfast room was visually stunning and beautiful.
The minute I entered my room I noticed the floor was sticky - no big deal, I'll wipe it up. Then I opened the mini-fridge and got a dark sticky residue on my hands from touching the fridge. I went to lock the door and the door handle and bolt had a residue on it. I ended up wiping down the fridge, door handle and bolt with a wash cloth and when I looked at the cloth - it had dark residue on it. The linens had small stains on them, there are a bug on the bed, and there was only a duvet cover on the comforter and pillows, so I was unsure which pillow to use and whether all of the pillows had been cleaned. The bedding looked old and frayed. Last, I turned on the A/C when I went out for dinner and when I came back from dinner the room felt damp. The bedding felt damp and when I climbed in bed that night, the room felt uncomfortable and cold. The air conditioner in my room was positioned directly over the bed, which was not great, so I had to get up and turn it off and turn it back on during the middle of the night. The room felt so damp, I ended up turning the ventilation fan on in the bathroom - I was uncomfortable, but it was 1am when I went to bed and there was nothing to do at that point, so I just put on a warm sweater and laid a clean T-shirt over my pillow and dealt with it. The room itself was nicely decorated, but the arm chairs were dirty with signs of wear. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and did not feel comfortable in my room.

It’s located close to theatres, Times Square, and great restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was much bigger than I expected for a hotel in NYC and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was mostly pastries but the food was good. The shower was also the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. We’ll definitely return there next time we visit New York.
I would have liked a bit more protein options with breakfast. They only had hard boiled eggs, which weren’t peeled. I skipped them because I didn’t want to mess with the shells. That was a very minor thing tho and in no way detracted from my enjoyment of the stay.

The location is perfect for anyone going into the theater district.Small details make your stay feel welcome and relaxed. Real coffee mugs and glasses were in the room, along with some utensils. Classical music was playing as we entered the room. A continental breakfast was served in the adjacent restaurant with excellent coffee.. We loved this hotel and will use it next time we visit Manhattan.
The bed was a little bit hard.
