Wonderful
The hotel is cute as a button and the location is fantastic. Tons of great restaurants and great people watching right outside the door. Super close to the Broadway theaters. And the bed was really cozy.
There are lots of stairs, which could be a consideration for mobility challenged. Elevators are available, but they’re very slow.

Close to Times Square and all Broadway shows. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and large. So many restaurant options on that block.
Very difficult to get good sleep. The doors are heavy and anytime someone shut a door it woke me up. Some mornings it started at 4:30am. I came home exhausted.

Room is spacious. Location is good, about 8 mins walking distance to subway. Close to broadway Times Square. They have a nice roof top view, but no drinks provided. The reception lady,Mia is very pleasant and helpful.
The room has no writing desk and the door is noisy while closing. We stayed at 1/F, can smell stinky smells. Only the first day provides 2 bottles of water. The most unpleasant thing is “no lobby “ . Quite disappointed!
Breakfast is simple only breads, cold spoil eggs, bananas, apples and yogurt.

All the staff members were encountered were very nice and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.
This wasn't the hotel's fault, but there was loud, booming music coming into the room well past midnight. Our 9-year-old couldn't get to sleep. It's to be expected in a hotel in NYC, but being offered earplugs or maybe staying on a higher floor could have helped. If we stayed again, we'll bring other noise cancellation options and maybe ask about a possibly quieter room.

The hotel was in the perfect location for me. I enjoyed being on restaurant row. Loved the french decor of the interior, it reminded me of New Orleans. The bed was so comfortable and the room was pretty quiet for the city.

I loved the vibe!
The breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was low. The gentleman just stared at me trying to fill my cup instead of getting more coffee. Padded mattress covers would be a nice touch too as the beds are a bit firm.

The room was excellent, pristine and gorgeously appointed with a lovely handwritten note that provided a sweet, human touch. Every staff member was kind and welcoming, and I felt very taken care of. The mezzanine space was gorgeous also and I appreciated the breakfast. A wonderful experience the whole stay.

We were in the penthouse 2-bedroom suite (with one bathroom). It was nicely laid out, nicely decorated, and had a wonderful private outdoor area which we enjoyed.
