Wonderful
The hotel is in a great location. The room was spacious and clean - very nice, and it was surprisingly quiet after 10:30-11:30 p.m. considering how close it is to Times Square. No complaints at all. My rating on value was purely because the price was very high because of the World Cup.

Staying here was such an overall pleasant and comfortable experience it made our whole trip go so smoothly. The room we stayed in (deluxe / king) was beautiful, so clean and pristine, and with a corner desk and Juliet style balcony. The breakfast included was also a bonus. The hotel was also perfectly located. We saw shows each night and one theater - Winter Garden - was a 7 minute walk, and then Moulin Rouge was playing right around the corner. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We truly absolutely adored this hotel and will be back for future stays. Love the pied de terre feeling.

We were upgraded to the penthouse and it was amazing! It had its own terrace, a living room and two bedrooms. One of the loveliest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was also lovely, and the staff were great.

We loved this boutique hotel! We had a spacious (for NYC) double queen room with small fridge and complimentary water. The room was refreshed every day and we took advantage of being on restaurant row. The highlights were the incredible restaurant next door for the included continental breakfast and access to a beautiful rooftop respite with great views. Truly a gem for the price!

The staff was wonderful and we loved the breakfast. The roof deck was lovely. Twice we ordered dinner and enjoyed it up there. The room was surprisingly quiet. Location was very convenient.
The first room we were given was so tiny there was no place to open our suitcases or store them. After two nights, thankfully, they were able to move us to a larger room. It was much nicer and more comfortable.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bathroom was spacious snd the shower was amazing; the water pressure and design of the shower made it very relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and spacious with well-appointed furniture.
I was hoping for fresh, cut up fruit and some scrambled eggs at the hotel-provided breakfast. But eating at Bar Lola provided lovely ambiance!

Elevator is slow. Had to wait for cleaning to finish in the afternoon. Breakfast would be better if it started earlier than 8am.

The hotel is cute as a button and the location is fantastic. Tons of great restaurants and great people watching right outside the door. Super close to the Broadway theaters. And the bed was really cozy.
There are lots of stairs, which could be a consideration for mobility challenged. Elevators are available, but they’re very slow.

Close to Times Square and all Broadway shows. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and large. So many restaurant options on that block.
Very difficult to get good sleep. The doors are heavy and anytime someone shut a door it woke me up. Some mornings it started at 4:30am. I came home exhausted.

Room is spacious. Location is good, about 8 mins walking distance to subway. Close to broadway Times Square. They have a nice roof top view, but no drinks provided. The reception lady,Mia is very pleasant and helpful.
The room has no writing desk and the door is noisy while closing. We stayed at 1/F, can smell stinky smells. Only the first day provides 2 bottles of water. The most unpleasant thing is “no lobby “ . Quite disappointed!
Breakfast is simple only breads, cold spoil eggs, bananas, apples and yogurt.
