The communication prior to arrival was seamless. The staff were all friendly, immediately responsive to any of our needs, and helpful. The room was perfect - a good size, clean, and well-decorated. They went the "extra" mile to even include chocolates and a note for my daughter who was there to celebrate her birthday. The location was also great as we were only about 5 minutes from a subway and surrounded by multiple options for food and sightseeing.

We love the location and the staff are all so nice and helpful. It’s small and cute - we like that too!
The restaurant attached to it was closed when we were there- changed owners and was under construction.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast provided next door was a calm, fulfilling way to start each morning. The location afforded a more quiet experience but close to all of the action

Great location. Close to all the shows and Time Square. Cute and spacious rooms. Quiet, even though you are not far from Time Square. It was nice to have breakfast included.

The service was exceptional, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Loved the room, spacious bathroom and rooftop terrace! The location could not be better for exploring New York, just few min away from Times Square.
It was slightly noisy during the night (my room was facing the street)

The room and balcony was nice, but the roof top terrace was really enjoyable to sit out and eat or have a drink while the weather was so comfortable. The continental breakfast next door was also good and allowed us to save some money on eating out for breakfast. The location was convenient for the theater and Times Square
