Our experience was truly exceptional because we were upgraded to the balcony suite. The view was amazing and there were comfy chairs and a cafe table. Perfect for reading or drinking prosecco and admiring the clouds. The bedroom and living room were both stunning and very comfortable, and they provided half and half in the fridge, not just creamer. The staff were delightful and helpful.

Great location on Restaurant Row in Hell’s Kitchen. Lovely staff and very clean rooms. Good breakfast included. Very small room, but well appointed and probably typical for NYC. Would definitely stay again.

Having access to the rooftop was a perfect place to relax in the city. Great location to see the theater and eat at restaurants. Staff were very accommodating storing luggage and recommending restaurants. Rooms were good size for New York City and quiet.
Public restrooms in basement required going through some unfinished areas.

Very convenient location. We were given a room upgrade at check in. The room was really nice, very clean, AC works well. Bed is comfortable. Small continental breakfast at the restaurant next door, basic but good. Nice space to sit on the roof.
Bathroom is small, expected in the city. You can hear noise from outside but it wasn’t too bad with AC on.

Location perfect for restaurants and activities, cleanliness, staff, breakfast next door was just enough and staff there so friendly. Can't go wrong staying here.

Location
The room was by far the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. The queen bed was pushed up against the wall and there was barely any room for two people to move around in. The oversized chair wasn’t even able to slide under the desk which made it even harder to move around. Definitely not worth the price we paid for!!

Perfect location for a cruise getaway.
A warm, safe, very clean and welcoming boutique hotel. Great amenities including a nice continental breakfast. Very spacious room with a private terrace and a good mattress. Will definitely be back.

The room was fantastic. The bathroom, the small living room (I was upgraded,without requesting, to a junior suite, yay!!!). The staff was really nice and welcoming too.
The kitchenette furniture do need a little TLC. They look a bit run down. The bathroom, although perfectly clean and nice needs some grout attention b ‘cause some parts of it look moldy…

Very cute boutique hotel. Small but beautiful. Perfect location for the cruise terminal. Love the rooftop terrace. The shower was huge! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
The one and only elevator was a little scary. Every time we got on it would drop an inch or two.
