King suite was wonderful. Had a third person stay in pullout couch. Not the greatest and we had to ask for bedsheets, even though they knew we had three in room. Then later also remembered we needed towels. Could all have been arranged at checkin.
Queen room is very tiny. Try to get a room not right on street. Quite noisy.
All told we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Had to ask for sheets and towels for third person on pullout. Should have been discussed at checking, as I thought it would have been prepared already.

The breakfast was drip coffee and a pastry, I would definitely expect more for a hotel that’s described on booking as 5 star.

Though compact in size, the room is elegantly decorated with a refined sense of style. Perfectly situated in the heart of Manhattan, the hotel offers easy access to numerous attractions, all within walking distance or a short subway ride away.

Mattress, linens, pillows, duvet and towels were excellent. Heated bathroom tile floor - divine. Decor was tasteful and not overdone. Staff were kind and helpful.
Breakfast could include 2 items and offer fresh fruit.
Nespresso machines should offer a ceramic or porcelain coffee cup in addition to the paper cups. I've stayed in 3 star hotels with better coffee cups. Expected better at the Evelyn.

The location was good for us. The front desk allowed us to check in early and gave water as needed. The Grab and Go breakfast was a nice touch.
The room was small and the bed was not too comfortable. Our duvet cover had big stains on it which was concerning

The location was fantastic - everything is within walking distance. The room was cosy and comfortable. The staff were helpful.
Aa we have booked a room 6 months before arrival, the room could be with more interesting view - it was to the courtyard with opposite building, and air conditioning. The breakfast could be more diverse, as well as not all positions were available.

This was our second stay at the Evelyn and it did not disappoint. Our trip to NYC was to celebrate my partners 30th birthday and both Amal and Peter from guest relations went above and beyond to give my partner and I a memorable experience. The Evelyn is definitely going to be our go to accommodation everytime we come to town moving forward.

Breakfast was minimal, but good enough. Room was good for New York standard. Not big, but definitely not bad. AC was nice and it was nice and quiet at night.
Didn't have view. Would be lovely if it was easier to grab a drink to go upstairs, but the bar is pretty busy at night and you can't really order from there to bring up.
