The bed was a little uncomfortable and it was too small with no space for cases. The air conditioning was difficult to get right. The bathroom underfloor heating was fixed and could not be turned off.

Good location, room small but that’s normal for NY, nice retro feel.
Building work going on throughout the night directly across the road, banging constantly all night and the windows offering no soundproof hardly, so not much sleep for 4 nights, which is t ideal when walking NY all day.

Very beautiful and elegant, staff are there 24/7 for anything you need, they respect your privacy but also make sure you have everything you need. I was solo travelling and it was my first time - I felt so safe! Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable
It didn’t bother me but I was up quite early due to the noise from outside (busy city) but again not an issue for me as I had to be up early.

Great location, not too busy far from Times Square but pretty central. Grab n go breakfast available from the coffee shop included with room, only available until 11:00. Suite room was a decent size for a New York hotel room. Cool bar downstairs and wine hour offered in the lobby most evenings.
Pull-out bed in the suite was terrible, metal coils coming through the mattress. They did put a foam topper on it to help make it more comfortable. The bar in the lobby, The Tusk, was only open two of the nights during our 5 day stay due to private events held there.
