I love everything that was on the property outside of my room. The place is a cool hotel the rooftop & restaurant love it also next door restaurant love it.
My room was to small & the bed was to small for adult women & man.

The hotel has a welcoming and classy look. The environment felt very upscale.
Not that i didn't like the room, just not use to small places. Not from the city. Although Functional, I thought the room was very small. It felt more like I had rented a room in a house. I just had a private bathroom. There were other size rooms and suites. Just there for one night.

Location was great. Staff were always very helpful with our questions and the complimentary water was nice. It kept us from having to constantly buy some. The lobby was beautiful and always so clean. Our housekeeper was really nice. We stayed in a two bed room. Its a bit tight but it worked for us.
The rooftop needs to have more of a dinning restaurant sitting type. We went once to have early dinner amd it was difficult to enjoy your food when your sitting on a couch. Also our room was so hot
We couldn't get the temperature to lower. We had to disconnect the AC unit cuz it was thriwing hot air a6md open our window. We had to sleep with our window open all night. Yes it was really noisy due to traffic but It was cooler. Also the mini refrigerator did not keep the drinks cold enough.

The location of the hotel was great. Close walk to everything. Enough restaurants and Starbucks at the door.
The standard rooms were tiny. Hotel decor overstated. Room keys didn’t work.. constantly visiting front desk. Bathrooms minuscule.

Excellent location right across from Lincoln Center.
The rooms are very small. I stay there when it is just me and it is completely fine for one person. Two people might feel a little crowded, but it’s up to them. It’s difficult to control the temperature in the room.

Location, historic building
No heat in first room. Windows did not close and lock completely. Moved to second room and heat/air unit broke again. Second had no safety lock, chain any any added security.

Just a stone’s throw from the Metropolitan Opera, it is so convenient as the theatre gets out at 11:30pm.
The bathrooms are tiny but it is always clean clean clean.

It's a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby, great/friendly staff and superb location since we were going to an event at the Lincoln Center.
For me personally, I thought the bed was a little hard and the few pillows on the bed were small. I guess I could have asked for more pillows, but didn't think of it at the time.
