Great location, clean with very comfortable beds.
Bedrooms need updating. Our room was small and quite dark. Every 20 mins the aircon unit made a loud noise, I asked reception to look at it but nothing was done and it woke me up a few times.

The location was great and they mostly refunded me after one night.
The room was too small for two adults and two children, they offered to give me a better room after two nights but the shower room was minuscule too. The plumbing was dodgy, the wallpaper was pealing off in many places, the A/C was so loud and looked like an electrical hazard. The swimming pool was filled with bleach and the route to get to the sketchy rooftop area was far from salubrious.

The location can’t be better. Staff is amazing. Room is good size. Clean.

Staff was very nice. Shower was terrific.
Room was tired looking. TV did not work but then staff told me you need to scroll the channel button to make it turn on....there should be a note in the room that says this.

The location is excellent.
The rooms are starting to look a bit shabby (peeling wallpaper, cracked tiles, noisy air conditioning units, etc.) and need to be refreshed.

Decor was gorgeous.
Restaurants were spectacular. No need to venture out.
Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable.
Only negative was that the bathroom was small. If you are in a large body, be sure to ask about the bathroom size. Door swings an odd way, so it feels smaller than it looks.

Stained sheets, duvet, no one cared and threw a clean sheet through the door we had to make it ourselves. Blood and snot on bathroom door, wet spot on rug, greasy handprints across headboard. Lost my clothing moving rooms (the bell hop)
