Location and friendly staff.
Very old and noisy A/C. Could not open windows to get some fresh air. Old bathroom doors with chipped stained paint.

The location
The room was not clean, it had broken & faulty wall socket, the bedside drawers had stains on the front face of the drawers and they opened slowly by themselves and wouldn’t stay closed meaning that they were a hazard if getting out of bed in the dark. There was make up on the hand set of the phone, there was a dirty paper towel in the shower tray, curtain hanging off and faulty blinds which had to be jammed between the window ingo’s to stay up, and dusty window sill’s. There were no sheets or pillows for the sofa bed and not enough towels for 5 guests and no slippers or robes for us either.

The location. I came for a show at David Geffen Hall. And it's literally directly across the street. I had a great time at the Samara show. And the staff at the hotel was nice. I also enjoyed both restaurants I visited.
We paid $600 for ONE NIGHT AND THE ROOM WAS NOWHERE NEAR UP TO PAR. And was the size of a shoe box. I tried repeatedly to see if management would do something about my experience, after submitting proof of room conditions via pics. Nope. They have done nothing!!! There was even a DIRTY, USED BANDAID in my shower that a previous guest obviously used and "housekeeping" left it right there!!

Nice location. Good desk staff. Price not bad for the location.
No small appliances. Dark hallways. Lobby always full of loud and rude people. Strange, dark little cramped room.

The room was a nice size. Great location.
I just think the bathrooms need to be remodeled the bathroom cabinet was a little, not so nice and the caulking around the tub and there was a couple holes in the shower wall just a little rough. I think it needs a little face
