The location is great, close to the central park and subway, staff were nice, room got cleaned every day, rooftop with wonderful view and swimming pool (although opening hours are not to wide), the hotel lobby is lovely.

Good location, roof top bar and the staff were pleasant.
Dated decor, broken tiles in the room, linen had holes in it, tired look in the room, had to ask to be moved rooms, sockets and fittings faded or broken or pulling away from the wall. Blinds didn’t open and windows couldn’t be opened.

It was very central to allt of things
Very small
Blinds don’t go down and when you say something to reception they don’t really seem to care
Was made to feel stupid when couldn’t figure out the hot water (worlds most stupid shower)
Your night next to the Lincoln centre and with blinds that don’t go down any concert happening is a nightmare
Rooms don’t have enough room to open more than one suitcase comfortably
