The location is ideal! Walking distance to Central Park, a minute from The Met and Lincoln Center. Surrounded by good dining. We had a problem with our heat and maintenance fixed it immediately. The room was clean!
Our room was dated. The furniture and bathroom vanity were old and chipped. The room had a tub with a shower head instead of a walk-in shower.

Rooms very outdated with some wear and tear visible. We had to request a room switch due to an extremely loud faulty heater. Check in que was very long.

Great location, the rooms are well sized with lots of amenities. The rooftop bar is lovely and the Mexican restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic
The room was very dark and there was no way to lift the blind. I also find it frustrating a security deposit is taken for each night and you don’t get it back for weeks.

There is tacky drapes in the lobby. The rooms needs to be renovated, and there was a noise coming from the ducks. It was traveling through the AC.

Well situated, staff were helpful and good amenities on site. Roof top bar is lovely
The room was too dark and there was no way to let in natural light as the blind could not be lifted
