Excellent location right across from Lincoln Center.
The rooms are very small. I stay there when it is just me and it is completely fine for one person. Two people might feel a little crowded, but it’s up to them. It’s difficult to control the temperature in the room.

Location, historic building
No heat in first room. Windows did not close and lock completely. Moved to second room and heat/air unit broke again. Second had no safety lock, chain any any added security.

Just a stone’s throw from the Metropolitan Opera, it is so convenient as the theatre gets out at 11:30pm.
The bathrooms are tiny but it is always clean clean clean.

It's a lovely hotel with a beautiful lobby, great/friendly staff and superb location since we were going to an event at the Lincoln Center.
For me personally, I thought the bed was a little hard and the few pillows on the bed were small. I guess I could have asked for more pillows, but didn't think of it at the time.

Location
Run down, phone in room was broken had to go to front desk multiple times, room wasn’t cleaned was told they were too busy being the holidays. Fridge was broken and room didn’t have a hair dryer. Front desk staff didn’t know the answer to simple questions. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very nice
For $716 dollars at nite place was not worth
The carpet in the room was dirty,
The a/c was not working , the bathroom was so small 2 people wouldn’t fix inside at the same time.
The keys in the room every day got disconnected
So you have to go to the lobby to get it fixed.
And the worst is the view from my room
Direct view to the A/C ducts.
The rooms are from the 80s
And the TV the same from the 70s

The location
BUG BED ALERT!
After my first night there I woke up with bug bed bites in my legs so, I went to talk with the morning manager about it and she basically said that I was not getting a refund and that the pest control person was going to go and most likely find nothing wrong with the room, I wanted to cancel my reservation for the next night and the manager told me I was welcome to leave whenever I wanted but that I was going to be charge a cancellation fee anyway for that night because they have a 24 hour cancellation window and I was giving less than 24 hours notice.
She also mentioned that if the pest control person was able to go in that same day I was going to be charged because my room won’t be available for someone else to book it.

Nice lobby, great location, very friendly staff. Spacious deluxe room
Very outdated, windows were very drafty, curtains did not go up or down, room key did not work most of the time, peeling paint and just overall lower quality for the price we paid. Phone never rang to the front desk - we only ever got a busy signal. Heat did not work in our room at all and due to the very drafty windows, it was quite cold.
As a preface this was over NYE so prices were probably higher than usual but still surprised at how outdated most things were.

The hotel is beautiful! I could walk to places to eat and shop in minutes! It is located near a Christmas market that had great shopping and food as well! It was so close to the subway to go to times Square/ Broadway. Taxis were there and ready when it was time to leave. The doors were very heavy but workers were consistently there to help open them. Bottled water was given whenever needed. The roof top bar was beautiful.
The carpet in the room had visible holes. The bathroom was kind of a mess. The door on the vanity was broken. The door to the bathroom was gross and peeling from moisture. The shower didn't drain properly and left it looking dirty. There is no ice/vending/ microwave so staying there for a few days and wanting to eat food we picked up/ leftovers was not easy. Especially on Christmas when things were limited in the morning. After a long day out we were disappointed that kids couldn't be up at the roof top bar/eatery after 8. We didn't get in most nights till 8.
