The hotel was extremely dated and extremely DIRTY. I’ve stayed at motels nicer than this.
It was dirty. There was food on my carpet floor. The curtains were stained. The bed was stiff.

It’s very noisy. Banging doors, sirens non stop, someone in the park playing music very loud at 3 am. The ac is noisy. The fridge is loud.

Check-in was easy. Lots of security people which made me comfortable. Great location. Lots of eating establishments around. Loved the music in lobby.
Bathroom very small. The hotel is old so some things are worn.

The location is great, close to the central park and subway, staff were nice, room got cleaned every day, rooftop with wonderful view and swimming pool (although opening hours are not to wide), the hotel lobby is lovely.

Good location, roof top bar and the staff were pleasant.
Dated decor, broken tiles in the room, linen had holes in it, tired look in the room, had to ask to be moved rooms, sockets and fittings faded or broken or pulling away from the wall. Blinds didn’t open and windows couldn’t be opened.
