Great location for NYC Half Marathon. Close to public transportation.
1) HVAC issue. Room very warm and unable to control functions on thermostat. 2) Water shutdown for part of the morning and unable to take a shower.

Location
Nasty person at reception who didnt want to be bothered until 3 pm after he checked me in at 6:30 am. Said they would call when available. Never a call. When I saw others getting rooms at 2:20, I inquired. Got a room. TV didn't work, but exhausted.

Great location right next to Lincoln Center. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower.
Wish there was a coffee makef in the room, or morning coffee in the lobby for guests.

The location was perfect. The common areas were very fun and modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly and nice.
The rooms were run down. There were stains on the sitting chair there were stains on the blanket at the foot of the bed. The bed was hard as a rock. We stayed on the eighth floor, and the noise from the street was so loud. The walls were also paper thin you can totally hear everything happening in the rooms next to you. .The windows were super thin. The bathroom was tiny. The toilet didn’t look like it was clean when we arrived, could not figure out how to get the hot water to come out of the sink, even the cleaning staff couldn’t help us. The phone had no directory on it so you didn’t know what button to push to call anybody, there was no pen or paper in the room. The wall outlets couldn’t hold the plugs so phone chargers kept falling out blow dryer kept coming unplugged.

Great location and staff
Indoor temperature was far too hot. There was a constant machine noise outside my window that never stopped. The noise level of the music in the lobby was far too hot loud to have a regular conversation
