Stained sheets, duvet, no one cared and threw a clean sheet through the door we had to make it ourselves. Blood and snot on bathroom door, wet spot on rug, greasy handprints across headboard. Lost my clothing moving rooms (the bell hop)

Due to our canceled fligh to Miami we stranded in NYC. at same time was Fifa final. Prices were exceptional high, we pait 1800 dollars for.two night, which was insane

The rooms are awful. Dirty. Old furniture and blinds that are moldy. It was really bad. I do not believe they are trying to have repeat customers

Disappointing
The location and some of the staff in the lobby were the only good things about this hotel. Most of the staff in the lobby were disengaged and on their phones as you walked by but Khalil at the front was phenomenal when it came to making you feel taking care of.
We could not get our room cleaned the first days we were there. It is impossible to reach the front desk by phone, either from the room or if you call the main number from an outside line- no one picks up. You have to go and wait in line at the front desk to put a request in. There is a text option but that was hit or miss if they would respond and if they did, it didn't translate to the request being followed through with. I'm talking about requests like, can we get our room serviced by housekeeping for trash removal, new towels, and beds made- nothing out of the ordinary. Then our shower broke and it took 2 days to fix it and no one seemed to care to make that up to us in any way. The front desk staff is very nice but fully overwhelmed, they are clearly understaffed in that department and the guests suffer. The security/bell people are usually absorbed in their phones and not helpful at all. There is no exhaust in the bathroom so the walls are warped and it smells like mold. The shower handle repeatedly came off and the water pressure was really terrible. The last night we were there after excessive complaining on our part they finally fixed that. But the shower rod was rusted over and overall it was not a good look. You are paying for the location and semblance of style and that's it.

Extremely good location, 3 minutes stroll from Central Park. Swift check in and great roof bar, Comfortable room.
Swimming pool very small. Aircon effective, but very noisy.
