Beautiful hotel in a great location.
Lounge/ lobby are was packed in the evenings with nowhere to sit. We ended up having drinks in the restaurant.

Good location!
Staff all seemed a little miserable and like they were stressed and overworked. The greeting wasn't overly fabulous for such an expensive hotel. The rooms are basic for what they are... lovely, but basic.

Best tv channel access I've ever had in a hotel. It was a delight; the bathroom was good size and room was nice.
Re the shower-great except for slippery tiles and no safety bars to grip.

Room was beautiful and clean with an exceptional view of the city. The amenities are fantastic as well and the staff was friendly throughout our stay.
A bit pricey for a short stay but it's worth the money for the convenience and location to major restaurants and hotspots in NYC.
